To be honest, I think Evans could be the future at flyhalf. Hell, the guy played it his whole life until he made the Canada squad and given that we also have a young talented kid like Paris in the wings, I could see Evans going to 10.

There will be boys coming up through the ranks as well. Our U17 and U20 teams (and U23 when we had it) have consistently performed well in the last 5 or so years. As long as we can get more players getting into better leagues and playing at the highest level, I don't see why Canada can't have some very effective teams in the next two world cups.

The next RWC is in England where Pritch is based, I think he can make the squad if he keeps his standard and fitness up but he might have to be in the 21 or 22 jersey for some of the contests after just turning 36. His commitment has been amazing so maybe he will try for one more.

@ Canucks Pritch has been a great goalkicker, the reason we have missed so many is the ball is flawed everyone is missing them.
