No tier 1, tier 2 etc... anymore. This isn't a positive move though, just ensured that better tier 2 sides don't push for a world rugby vote, I'm fairly sure Fiji had their one, virtually worthless, vote taken off them

This fully. Their speed at the breakdown has been amazing and their passing accuracy near the ruck has been great. But they keep trying to skip too many players to the wing that slows things down way too much.
