We're far, far more clinical in this game at least than we were against Scotland which is giving me hope, really needed another at least before half time and we've got it.

I'm pretty happy Owens didn't come to that ruling, I'm pleased there's still some common sense around, but I was afraid he would when the replay came on.

I've not heard that before, though I'm not fully read up on the rulings etc.
However I've seen numerous "chop tackles" where the player has basically tripped over the tackler and face planted. Never once has the referee paid it any attention, but that's landing on their head.
