Oh Lee Byrne

HE DID IT AGAIN

My God we couldn't make this any easier for France. So many chances gifted to them and thrown away for ourselves.

Brilliant Try from Wales, one more and a conversion and it's all level, great come back from Wales.

France looking pretty comfortable, Wales will need to pull off something big here to get a draw at least.

Well that's that. Wales making silly mistakes and showing frustration in the latter minutes ultimately preventing a comeback. That and France finishing being completely inane.

EDIT: Whoa. Shane, haven't seen anything like that since South Africa '08.

20 - 26 to Wales with time left.

Michalak kicks it straight out. EFFFF

Twinkle toes Shane Williams,
Should've been a hurdler the way he jumped over the guy on the floor then :p

Smart move by Michalak then,
Good game! Wales almost pulling it out of the bag at the end there

Well, pretty bad performance from France allround. Not gonna win against England with that kind of display...

We'll take the win anyway, thank you very much.

Shane Williams is a sexy beast.

Jamie Roberts and Lee Byrne bollocked up what could have been another stunning comeback. Sigh. Jamie Roberts is not a world class centre, he just hasn't got the impact.

What happened to France? Very disappointing in that second half.

He bollocked up today but you're basing this off a season. It's not unknown to see a player have a hangover season, so to speak, after a great one.

Now why can't we play like that* for a full game? I say we'd be pretty damn good if we could...

*I.e. that brief 10 minute period where we looked good.

Wales shot themselves in the foot in the first half, brilliant second half from them, had they performed like that in the first half then it could have been a complete different game.

I'd agree with that to a certain extent alright, but he was very poor in the latter half of last year's 6 nations and it could be easily argued that the only reason he had the Lions tour he did was due to the man outside him. Has alot to do in my books to prove he is a top centre.

Oh Gatland got very touchy when asked if Wales' tactics were awry in the first half.

Yeah I was thinking that (re: how he played in last year's 6N).
He was great against Scotland and then marked to absolute uselessness for the remainder of the tournament. He needs to be used right (for example: not in every single phase); he looked quite good in the 2nd half, I thought, the missed try aside.

Also, Hook was Godawful.

Wales didnt deserve to win. They were sh** in the lineouts and poor in the scrum although their backline did try in the second half but what a f***ing try from the little man!!! Brilliant!!!
