Great to see Moriarty get a start ! And Stooke being in the squad shame Robson is behind Laidlaw he has so much more potential ! Not a great deal between them now if you ask me

I'm a really big fan of Moriarty - I don't know how good he'll end up, but I think he'll be a very good club player at the very least.

Quins team for the weekend:

Marler, Ward, Sinckler, Matthews, Robson, Wallace, Robshaw, Easter; Care, Botica, Tikoirotuma, JTH, Sloan, Yarde, Brown.

Buchanan, Lambert, Collier, Merrick, Clifford, Dickson, Grimoldby, Lindsay-Hague.

Tasty.

Ashtons 50 apperance for us, Farrell starts his first game and has a lot to do after Cips, Ford and Burns first rounds. Spencer not in the match day 23 is a mistake, Fraser and Kruis taken out is stupid as they have been our top performers.

But the future of England scrummaging is in! Hurray!

Jackson Wray in the 23 but no Fraiser? Owch.

We are lucky our saviour is in for sure. Wray is normally in the 20 shirt as he can cover the whole back row.

Bath should win the scrums, Leicester should win the lineouts, would say Salvi is the best at the breakdown there, reckon a bath win.

I other news Thorn should be fit to play for the London Irish fixture, considering with Slater and Deacon out he could be huge.

That is a bull**** card - barely a penalty, he was bullied into that from the 6 fingered wonders in the shed.

Duty of care should only be considered if the player has any possible way of showing it - if two players are jumping towards each other, they should show duty of care.
If a player is jumping and then someone comes from behind, the first player has no way of knowing someone is behind him. If anything Sharples is in the wrong as he's putting himself at risk jumping over a player, potentially injuring himself and also putting the knees into the back of the other player.

Whitten got a yellow card for not having eyes in the back of his head, essentially.

Edit:
Sam Hill having another stormer. Would definitely definitely consider him when the EPS is announced on Oct 22.
Slade, too, is continuing his excellent form. Exeter using him as a centre is interesting - he's taken to it well, and if Lancaster wants a distributor/playmaker at 12, you could do much worse (i.e. 36, who has continued to be "average at best", but also added "giving away dumb ruck penalties" to his repertoire).

Edit numero dos:
Despite Gloucester having two tries, I think Exeter look relatively in control/the better side out there. Starting to get some dominance in the forwards (scrum and ruck) - be interesting to see the next maul. Gloucester waltzed over the line in the last one, no idea whether Chiefs had terrible defence or Gloucester were that good.

Right at half time Glos 12- Exeter 22
Glos were up 12-3 at one point with a man advantage, the card was ridiculous(Olly put it brilliantly) on the best players for England, Ewers is having a stormer, Slade has such a cultured left boot might be the English Hook ? Haven't really noticed Hill but then I dont always notice great performances when it's live. May is also putting his hand up for a spot in the squad after a great try.

Completely agree.
They've got some fantastic players (as Saffycen mentions above) and play good rugby.

Looking forward to seeing Nowell coming on later.

Plus their coach looks like Rhod Gilbert

How's that a yellow for Kvesic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that's a harsh yellow, as well.

Was he above horizontal? He'd land in that same position if it was a chop tackle, he just landed on his arms/torso.

Edit:
Nowelly boy on at 50mins.

Cook has f***ed that up! Picked it up about 15m in pitch but managed to run into touch while kicking! Was a bit of a nothing kick from Chiefs as well, with only Waldrom chasing.
