Was going to ask about this actually, everytime I have seen him this year he has looked solid. Great to see him coming good.Feels like Joe Heyes has really finally had his breakout season this year only 25 but already got a lot of experience finally seems to have overtaken Cole
Don't think he helps he's not as "dynamic" as other young propsEasy to forget how young he is because he's been about forever - 25 is still a baby for a tighthead prop
Kinda wondering how teams will adapt to avoid those because refs have been given clear instructions to watch for it.
That just feels not feasible though... need to move back so you arent offside, if you know your player is coming forward and you arent anywhere near him why are you going to sprint... all that will happen is more seeking out a man to run into.I guess tell players not to walk towards the catcher if they want to walk then go away
It's dumb though
Yeah consistency is a bit rough, especially when rodd made an adjustment to previous feedback.I've always been a big proponent of letting the ball go if it's available at the scrum, but considering how the previous scrums have been reffed....
But I guess isn't that just being a lazy runner? Why not just walk away from the kicker if you are wanting to walk? That just feels not feasible though... need to move back so you arent offside, if you know your player is coming forward and you arent anywhere near him why are you going to sprint... all that will happen is more seeking out a man to run into.
Maybe, or just smart if you arent actualy impacting play. But I guess isn't that just being a lazy runner? Why not just walk away from the kicker if you are wanting to walk?
On paper I can see what they are wanting to do to stop players congesting the space Between the teams
Guess he just needed 20mins to get looseDon't know why we've started Rodd when he's been out for almost three months, he's definitely the kind of player that needs to grow into his form
