Tri Nations: Wallabies - All Blacks @ Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane (27-8-2011, 10:05GMT)

oh well, hopefully the ireland v england game is a good watch

Nonu and Smith are legendary the SBW crew can bugger off if they're unhappy he's not playing as far as I care, we've already got three world class midfielders without him.
Only saw the last 15, but I have watched the ABs a couple of times in the past month. Not convinced by their midfield at all in attack, they didn't step up in the last 10 minutes. I think that's the biggest worry for the ABs over the next month. There is some clever attacking out wide, but the weakness lies just outside Carter.

Yeah wtf is up with that, so bloody petty and pathetic, does he actually think he'd come out alive if Richie took a swing at him, I have my doubts... but Richie's bigger than that of course :).

Richies taken more belts to the head than Muhammad Ali and judging by his appearance I doubt that Cooper would come out better off against a pigeon.

Aye - I think Richie started it this match (when Quade cleared him out of ruck he started shoving Cooper around) but then Quade just kept on at him, by the end I was thinking "JUST DECK THE PR**K", McCaw must have the patience of a saint

It's funny that, when someone kinda starts something really low level. At first they are a little at fault. Then the other guys gets their own back, but keeps on going. Even though guy number one started things you really get ****** at the other one.

No I think it started in Hong Kong last year when Cooper shoved him in the head after the final wistle had blown.

Great victory for AUS. Good comeback for NZ. At least there's things to work on for the AB's.

Now apart from the Result - that would an be AWESOME World Cup final....

*tries not to look at the South Africans and English supporters *

To be fair you probably missed the best of their play which was in the first 20 mins of the second half where they scored a try each. They were a little quiet in the last 10 minutes, but we seemed to lose all our momentum after the Beale try.

Wow I'm looking at the NZ news headline's now, "All Blacks Stomped" and "world cup hopes severely dented" are two of them. God our media are a pathetic bunch..

I thought richie did take a swing at Cooper in that incident.
The ref was ok for the most part made a few dodgy calls for both teams but the last 5 minutes was painful to watch with the Allblanks blatantly offside when AUS tried playing tight with pick and drives. Only NZ can get away with that ****.
Having said that the change of strategy in the second half was genius and almost pulled off the win for them......almost.

Yeah, I remember that - I just meant that in this match in general

But it carried over into the Super 15 this year with Cooper taking as many cheap shots as he could just like tonight. Richie has too much class to to carry those sort of school boy spats from one game to the other but evidently Quade has something for him.

i hate that stupid argy bargy in the games. Quade cooper is an idiot, and i cringe whenever i see what he did to McCaw in Hong Kong. He's definitely acting like a poorly educated piece of trash, not a great look for a wallaby. Hats off the McCaw for reacting better. Thats a great example of a great rugby player on and off the pitch

Mate...we must of been watching a different game.

Australia were offside almost the full game, I'm watching it twice now and the offside refereeing is TERRIBLE. AUS deserved the win, but hopefully the refereeing gets better in the RWC 2011.

And Cooper is a tool - i'm glad he's an Aussie, he'd get an uppercut if he were doing that in NZ club rugby against any teams captain. He's lucky McCaw is a softie and would rather worry about the game then any pathetic *** for tat.

Cooper knows McCaw won't retaliate, because he keeps doing it and he won't try his hand against any other player will he?

In the first half of this test and through out the last test, the Wallabies were getting away with taking men out off the ball around the ruck left right and centre. You weren't exactly hard done by.
