Super 14 Final

i'm not going to say much, the bulls were a better side all year. however i will say that i think kaplan should be revoked as a ref, i've thought this for the last couple of years and his performance was testament to it. i still think the bulls should have won (killed the chiefs in the lineouts) but it should have been a lot closer. here's what kaplan does: in the first 20 minutes, he picks a team he "likes" and for the next 60 minutes that team can be offside and play the ball on the ground all they like and he'll turn a blind eye.

Isn't Kaplan the one the English had a good whinge about after he 'robbed' them of victory against Wales in the 6N's?

dunno, but sounds feasible. he's done it in many games i've watched. pretty sure if you do a search, i've whinged about this before (like 2 years ago). it's not like he goes for an SA team because he's from SA, it's completely random, like he wakes up on the left side of the bed on game day and decides who's going to get the red carpet treatment.

Hmmm, He makes mistakes, yes. He has been a bit "off form" the last few weeks but I thought he handled the final alright. Remember the Bulls did have total dominance at the rucks and lineouts, they were truly fired up, so natutally the Chiefs would be forced into pushing to the limit of the rules to try and claw their way back.

Kaplan is still a better ref than any of the Australian offerings at the moment. Dickinson makes me angry whenever he opens his damned mouth (he has, without a shadow af doubt cost different teams at least 4 vital victories with consistently shite calls over the past 2 seasons). George Ayoub is just lucky someone hasn't assasinated him yet.

But Goddard is the worst, he makes me went to fill an envelope with some naughty white powder and look up his mailing address! I swear to God that that man has caused the loss of at least 5 years of my life through stress.

Leckie and that Pearce fellow seem to have been pretty good so far though.

Didn't had a chance to watch the game live so just saw the highlights, Bulls were superior altho I have to say that I'm happy to see the Chiefs score some points ( always be positive). I hope for the coming season(s) we can expect more of this from the Chiefs side and hopefully they can win it.

Big up for the SA side for winning the cup.

May I suggest one name that'll make every New Zealander on these forums shudder. BARNES

Saw the highlights...wow, Stephen Donald back to his Munster vs All Blacks 2008 "best", eh lads?

Jesus, why didn't you guys just let the 'caines play in the final, they would have shown some backbone than the ol' Chicken Drumstick weilders of doooom...
