Damn right, this is one ref who's just Bryce Lawrenced his way out of the final. The only way that looked red card bad was in a ridiculous amount of slow motion.

As the commentators said in one of our local broadcasts, worse than those have happened right throughout the tourney and have only received citings.

Anyone remember Lote Tuiqiri dropping McCaw on his head in a bledisloe? Way worse any way you look at it and he stayed on the field. When you lower your body to tackle and then stand up to keep your feet a small amount of lifting often happens, Warburton was guilty of no more than that!

**** that. It was as dangerous a tackle as you will see. It that wasn't worth a red then nothing is. Get over it.

Man that send off was harsh. Surely it didn't warrant a red card, there was no malice involved and we have seen worse tackles which didn't get a red card. He didnt drive him into the ground or nothing.. Poor call.
