Ireland v Fiji - 23/11/2024 (15.10)

Nothing wrong with that,
Just cause he's injured doesn't mean it's illegal
Yep, just a committed rib tickler.

Alan Quinlan trying to make something of it on comms, but I don't see a problem with it.

Who is calling the Fijian lineout, if you've lost 3 to the back, why in your own 10m line would you throw to the back again?

In the interest of balance idk how we've kept this ball

That's a bad decision, that wouldn't happen in any other game this weekend...

A catch and drive from a 5m lineout is always going to be a maul!

If both teams have hands on the ball from the lineout catch, is it ever a maul?

Fiji are so poor, there's a real chance that Ireland will learn all the wrong lessons from this match.
Prendergast does look good on the ball, but he wouldn't get the time and space in the URC, never mind against tier 1 opponents.

Force is a consideration regardless I'm fairly sure and there was none!
I'm curious about this, isn't low force a mitigation rather than a ruling, shoulder to head so starting point red...low force mitigated down to yellow. Arm tucked so no mitigation applied, that's why I thought it was a red.

Yellow is the realistic outcome don't get me wrong

Jesus that's a stinker for Stockdale should have given it. I'd say he's understandably desperate for a score

Yeah no idea to be fair. Will trust the bunker, they shouldn't get it wrong.
