France vs Afrique du Sud

and a yellow to the dirty, desperatee boks. Talk about cheats. Tonight, the rule book was left in Pretoria.

I am enjoying this.

I predict France will win the RWC in 2011.

They won't win **** all if Parra can't score three points from in front of the posts...

The worst post I have read in years. Keep out the Bok bias please. Your team is being killed at the breakdown. Brussow is doing very littel in comparison to Dusautoir. I aint French either... in case you are wondering. i have never been to France.

Du Pleisses should have got a yellow card for that late hit on Heymans....

Try to Smit. Very lucky. Overthrown lineout right to him. So South Africa were leading 13-3. despite France looking like opening up their defence and... just like that. Right away Vincent Clerc scored a try! And what happened? Mermoz linked with Nallet to carve a hole in the centres. Brilliant!

France are playing 14 man rugby. i.e. no flyhalf! Incredible.

Not only is Morne Steyn absolutely useless besides kicking goals....

He can't tackle. Worlds number 1 team with a rubbish 10. Just ridiculous. He could not make the Fiji test team. Nicky Little an Seremaia Bai are both much better footballers. Italy would prefer Gower or Marcato any day. He should go play american football and come on to kcik the field goals.

Steyn Yellow carded for foot tripping.....

So half time 13-11 to RSA who are being totally dominated at rucks. Trinh-Duc has still not kicked from flyhalf at all. He kicked once in the first 40 and it was from scrumhalf, frmo the base of a ruick to be exact.

oh..and so much for Fourie Du Preez being the worlds best scrum half. he was outplayed in the right half by Julien Dupuy who has a whopping 3 test caps.

Penalty to France after 41 mins.. Why? RSA again, do poor at the breakdown. Brussow is wh, exactly? he is being demolished.

Au revoir.[/b]

You are a f*cking idiot if you think i am going to take this horse **** post seriously.

Kankowski is playing terribly, guess it was bound to happen seeing as he has not started in months. France are doing really well in the set play in this half. CJ has made a big difference at scrum time at least.

Still expecting the French to win it. They have been the better team all night.

I guess the joke is on you because:

1. after your posting Steyn got caught in his 22 and France turned it over.

2. Du Preez knocked on in once France recovered.

But, yeah great to see you remove your Boks goggles. This game is fantastic, agree?

Hell yeah. Awesome. The only team to beat South Africa and New Zealand this year. Proviosnally.

WOUHOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

France wins !!

Fromage !

Camembert !

Grenouille !!

Edit: Barcella MOTM form me. Awesome scrummage, great in the loose, great hands, and laster the full 80 mins. Surely on of the best looseheads in the world atm.

Suppose France have to win one game this weekend after all. So 2 for 2 for the Boks so far in Europe. Opinions?

Je n'aime pas de fromage! Terrible... merde! I am not the average Jo, I guess.

Charles, great chatting. Now, I am off to change mon fils dippers! It is approaching 8pm here. I am happy. Vous etes un fils?

je vais boire du vin rouge maintenant. J'aime vin de Argentine / Chile.

Seriously we are looking at the best team in the world. I have been banging on about it for a while now but seriously the Top14 is packed with talented players. The Pumas from 2007 were virtually all French absed players. The spin off is that now France have a stronger and younger team and an coach who has the balls to let them play as they want to. Beware of this team, they are very, very good.

How can a team beat the world number one with only one clearing kick in 80 minutes?

France dominated every aspect of the game. We were **** at everything.

Congratulations to the French.

Always knew this was going to happen, we cant seem to react when we get owned physically. I have just about had it with our sorry excuse of a scrum. Horrible performance from us, it really was. Not much else to say really. Brussouw was our only player tonight. Kirchner did extremely well too. I hate the guy, but he really tried his best to prove me wrong tonight.

Kankowski played the worst game of his entire career. Just seemed to have cracked. Not his fault really.

Barnes didn't do too badly. Some shaky calls here and there, but they went both ways.

So yeah, congrats to the French. Thoroughly deserved, and well played too!

Please Melhor, try to comment with both eys open.

Terrible game, Boks played ****, France however played well. Well done to them they deserve it.

We played like we played vs Australia in Brisbane hopefully we can sort things out before the big game vs Ireland.

Oh and Melhor, you are a f***ing stupid twat.

Thanks for being gracious in defeat.

Exactly as I predicted before the game. SA has only one game plan, steamroll the opposition forward pack and play the territory. When they are countered up front there's nothing.

Give it a rest! France were ... ok. They just came up against the most primitive team in world rugby.

Dusauttoir was brilliant, the scrum was hilarious - even with Chabal at second row - but France don't have the execution. They should have won in a landslide, but couldn't crack a decent midfield defence.

Oh yeah. Fair dues to SA for keeping it a tight game. Can you feel the condescension :p Three times in France's 22?

Habana is going to get cited for the sneaky kick under the ref's nose - I'd be frustrated too if I had that pace and my team decided the only passes I deserve are endless box kicks and a few grubbers.

Bien jouee, France - but watch how it's done next week.

On a side note, well done to the organizers for rigging that match. Who the F*uck's idea was it to get that drunk black hobo to sing our anthem? It was horrific, and he didn't know the words. It was disgusting, and a very sneaky way to make sure we are not in any way motivated to play. How the hell are you supposed to show emotion when your anthem gets sung by a mountain goat? Seriously uncool.

Barcella is class, Barns is f***ing ****. Spineless.[/b]

French kicking was awful, missed at least 11 points with the boot and I may forget some.

Problem with teh definition, France broke the boks defence on numerous occasion but their action came short.

Trinh Duc was poor but playing flyhalf against the boks is the toughest job in the world, I hope he won'y be dropped.

Barcella man of the match, best loosehead in the world.

I do not think the referee had a bad game although the yeallow on Steyn was harsh but it was definitely a penalty kick.

SA was simply out muscled on both scrums and breakdown which more than compensated poor kicking and to a lesser extent poor throw in, what a gifted try that was !!!!

Best excuse ever.

Also, I don't think I've ever heard a decent rendition of your national anthem...

He was about as competent of ye're scrummaggers so.

That sums it up for me. If it wasnt for TrinDuc and Servat making an arse of pretty much everything they did (Servat only once or twice), France probably would have won by 15-20. Who was that number 1?

One of the Irish commentators (post match) said that that was the most complete performance he has ever (EVER!) seen from a prop. I find it hard to dissagree. The rest of the pack were good, the back row were excellent, but he stood out. Bring back Marty and Medard!

For South Africa I thought Brussouw was simply class but my thoughts about Kankowski were shown to be accurate (for once). Their scrum is weak (but we knew that from the summer), their backline doesnt exist outside of their outhalf, and for a team ranked number one in the world they showed a disgraceful lack of ambition.

If they dont get a good result against Saracens and Italy this could turn into an ugly tour for them.

Note: The Anthems were way out of sync for both sides so while it sounded dreadful, a lot of it was down to the TV taking the sound directly from the stadium (bowl). A dreadful rendition made absolutely cringeworthy by the acoustics.

Great game from us, still don't understand why no physical reactions from the solid boks who have been definitely suffocated to death, might have they been 14 or 15 on the field.

We're still able to kindly offer given tries to our opponents, but at least we intend to react immediately (a change in comparison to a match like France vs England 99 WRC semi-final).

++
Barcella
Dupuy (will excuse the missed penalty because not experienced as the kicker yet)
Picamoles
David
Dusautoir

+
Chabal and bonnaire (for their ability to steal balls on tackles and lineouts)
Trinh-duc

-
Traille (solid ball in hand but still afraid with some handling and kicking errors that could, and in the past have, cost a lot more)
