Not that he really needs back-up here, but I've heard plenty of Northampton fans other than Teh Mite say that things are not as they should be with the coaching staff.
That there is a problem at Northampton I would say is abundantly clear to anyone paying even the scantest amount of attention - clubs should not slide from 40 minutes from HEC glory to also-rans in a couple of seasons.
