Simple match for worcester expecting a bonus point :)

You wish. Underestimate London Welsh at your peril.

London Welsh: 15. Tom Arscott, 14. Dan Caprice, 13. Sonny Parker*, 12. Seb Jewell, 11. Nick Scott, 10. Gordon Ross*, 9. Rob Lewis, 1. Frank Montanella*, 2. Neil Briggs, 3. Arthur Joly, 4. Jonathan Mills ©, 5. Kirill Kulemin*, 6. Adam Balding, 7. Mike Denbee, 8. Ed Jackson.

Replacements: 16. Greg Bateman, 17. Tom Bristow, 18. James Tideswell, 19. Matt Corker, 20. Alfie To'oala*, 21. Nick Runciman, 22. Alex Davies, 23. Tom Voyce*.

Really interested to see how Caprice gets on - was a massive fan of him for England 7s, but apparently he's f'ing terrible at XVs.

I reckon it'll be home wins + Tigers.

Worcester vs Welsh will be interesting, both underrated sides on pretty decent form atm.
Can see it being very close.

Seen some stuff of him from the ITM, can certainly finish and tackle, but sometimes drifts in and out of games.

Whoever timetabled the televised games to exclude Glos-Exe needs kicking. It's going to be a cracker!

Also interesting is that whichever team wins this game will be in relative safety from the relegation battle (usually a bit over 30 points will make you safe in a fairly competitive season, the winner of this game will have 23 or 24). A lot of people had both teams as relegation contenders. (I had it as a NotNots-NotNots battle!)

Huge game for Sale, they really need this one even a bonus point could become crucial. It could be an ugly loss for the Not-Nots they were dreadful last weekend and have a tough game ahead.

Cipriani dropped for Wasps clash

26668.2.jpg

Sale's Danny Cipriani has been dropped by his club ahead of their match with Wasps on Sunday.

Sale suffered a heavy 62-0 loss against Toulon last Sunday and Cipriani came in for some criticism following his performance against the Top 14 giants. And with Sale in bad need of a win against Wasps on Sunday, the Sharks' management have opted to omit Cipriani from the 23-man squad for the match.

The news means that Cipriani is denied the opportunity to run out against the side he made 65 Premiership appearances for. In Cipriani's place, Nick Macleod starts at fly-half while Cillian Willis, Corne Uys and Tom Brady cover the backs on Sale's bench.

ESPN's Austin Healey tipped Macleod to start in his column this week saying: "If I was picking the team, I would go for Nick Macleod. I think he's a better all-round kicking ten than Cipriani and that's where they need to start from. They need to establish a base of good clearance kicking, territory and clever play from their fly-half."

Can't even make the Sale team now never mind the England side.

I wonder whether it was him Mitchell was talking about when said "I certainly know a lot more about some individuals after that performance. Some of the characters have been revealed". http://www.espnscrum.com/heineken-cup-2012-13/rugby/story/174673.html

He missed 6 tackles in that game by the way (http://www.espnscrum.com/heineken-cup-2012-13/rugby/match/167652.html).

I dont think Danny will get many more chances. I know its hard to shine in a poor team but he has allways flattered to deceive.

Makes Ryan Lamb look like Dan Carter :p

Cant quite fathom why Glos exe isn't on TV either. Both teams are usually very entertaining to watch.

Seems there is a bit of a non story about a Sale employee calling fans ****wits. Personally I think the article and fans reactions are harsh, firstly she said it in October not after the 62-0 defeat as the article stated, and also she wasn't calling all Sale fans ****wits, just the ones who think that Steve Diamond and Bryan Redpath are running the Twitter page.

The daily fail got the facts wrong? Shock horror!

Cipriani has been made a scapegoat by management and fans alike. He's not been performing, but who has? Think Seymour is the only player who has been on consistent top form this season.
Could understand dropping him to the bench, but not completely. I'd have started him anyway.

Is that Dan Caprice? He tried to play for us and bejesus he is quick.....unfortunately do not rate his positioning, high ball catching or tackling skills and proved yet another poor and very short term (5 games) signing for a Biarritz that specialises in it!

First rule of PR: do not insult the <strike>fans</strike> <strike></strike>customers.

(EDIT: Just realised that I've talked about corporate relations by referencing a novel which is very obviously anti-capitalism. LOL.) <strike>

Loving the ref in the Bath/Sarries game - gave a penalty to Bath for Sarries players shouting for a penalty.

Borthwick will get a lifetime ban by the end of this match

Top lad!

Tomkins is so overrated - wouldn't be talked about half as much if it weren't for his brother.

Edit: Terrible yellow card from Barnes. Johnston rolled immediately out of the way and then gets carded for it!
Was funny to see Easter gas Myler

Then a terrible call penalising Marler for "off his feet" despite being clearly on his feet. Barnes listening to the crowd way more than he's using his peepers.

Nope.
This whole thing is just a farce. No ones going to want to come to us knowing that you put in a poor performance (no poorer than any number of players throughout the season) and the DoR and owner run off to the press about how you're not fit for pro-rugby.
