How was that not a penalty Try?
No clue there at all clearly stopped a pushover.
Unfortunately you do not get a penalty try on the first infringement.

Why don't you get a penalty try on the first engagement?
Never seen one given without more than one penalty and usually it is accompanied by a warning!
England have missed the supporting man in an in at least 2 of their clear line breaks.

This is true there is no law against it just not what ref's usually do.
