Got the Offspring's new album the other day. It's ***led Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace.
Yeah.. I thought the same thing. The ***le sounds like they reached 'that time' in their careers.
Luckily it's the same old Offspring we all know and love. A few of their songs start in kind of a weird way, you know, like radio songs. But they all kick in well eventually.
It's better than their last album, really enjoying it!
I know one guy who knows him, he made a new verse for the superhero song I've been sending people links to youtube films of Lynch, so more and more people will at one point know all the lyrics to the divorce song/lullabye.
A friend of mine directed me to Lynch when he got the 'Dead Puppies' song stuck in my head. People tend to look strange when you sing bits of it at random times though XD
My mum got an entire box of old LP's, so I'm sieving through them to see if anything inrtesting pops up
Found an old Beatles single in there already
What a f***ing concert, better than the Foo's and Datsuns were, but second to Muse. Perfect setlist though, at one point they went from Metal Song - > Wait and See - > Feedback - > The General Electric... a trio of pure awesomeness.
Even the new songs which are **** on the album sounded better live, and they only played 4 Beautiful Machine songs - 6 (?) General Electric Songs and f***ing Screwtop and You Again in the encore.
