the whole tournament I've had this really really reaaaally awful wish, almost nervous impulse to see Brazil lose, because I secretly would LOVE to actually know, not guess or assess...KNOW what would happen. These dudes just spent 18 gazillion trollars building the stadiums and accommodation stuff and co. when the ppl really wanted more hospitals, schools and a better daily life. If they fail at the WC, it's Star Wars, in Brazil.
First match, I think it was Bra Croatia (?) and when Croatia scored the first goal, I felt like "YEAAHHH!!!" but it's just awful

So I'll have that same sentiment deep in my small intestine tonight, surely...as for France Germany, nobody can call this with confidence. Absolutely no one. I hope it's as good a spectacle as it should be. France like to attack more than Germany does, have more athleticism, probably more speed...but Germany have that goal-keeper dude, excellent technical command, yadi yada...maybe 2-1 France for me.

I'm going for Germany to win 3-1 and Brazil to win 2-1.

The possibility might be that the games go down to penalties again, and in that case, Both Germany and Brazil have the upper hand.

I just have this feeling the Ozil and Muller will again be the difference between the 2 teams.

Germany I think on paper the better side but have a feeling France might sneak it, 4 CB's for Germany clearly isn't working very well.

Edit: Although on penalties I'd go for Germany

Ive only watched the last 15 minutes and it's been bad. Brazil have been getting the calls since I started watching which is no surpise.

What's so embarassing about the diving and rolling around is that players have actually bought into their own bull**** - and believe that that's actually how people normally react to be being kneed in the back/stroked on the face.

Tonight was the first night since the world cup started where after France finished playing there was quiet.

Not gonna lie I enjoyed it but that game was a no win situation for your average Englishman....

The French relied too much on Benzema to get goals, whilr guys like Pogba and Valbuena just kept on losing the ball. The Germans showed patience and calmness.

As for the Brazil game, I was surprized they didn't score more goals. They were creative, aggressive and fluent. And Thiago Silva was just brilliant in defence. I thought Hulk is one of the most unluckiest strikers/forwards in this tournament...
