Nah my baby is due to be born around the start of october, I dont think the GF would appreciate that, hell september 2nd-3rd is pushing it, it would be awesome to attend but i think becoming a dad is a little more important.................just

That is a shame, a 2 day trip and you're only just across the water...

Being able to just drop everything and head home wouldn't mean he'd get back in time to see his child born. Might be just across the water, but I can imagine how miserable he'd feel if he wasn't there.

I think thats significant reason enough, and shows a lot of character. :bravo:

Woosaah, if your there, (and you hardly ever aren't ). Do you have a video recorder up there, or another suitable way that we could capture try of the tournament?

At the end of the tourney, we could post the three best tries up on the forum and let the forum decide who has scored the try of the tournament. Then I could send them a small cup, with "TRF Try Of The Tournament '06" or something like that on it.

I may not even have to send it away lol.

yes i have a video camera, but i have something better than that, i can just plug it straight into my pc and capture it on my capture card if we have to (though i need some better capture software as i cant find mine) or i can use my camera no problem

I'd love to come I seriously would but I live in Island Bay and have no way of getting to the hutt since my car's in at the shop. Me and my mates are having the 2nd annual R.J Horsley shield(first all black in our college's history) tournament. Looking to keep a hold of the log o wood for another year...
