Well tomorrrow I am in faith booking the van for the weekend of the 1st of October.....but I suppose I can change it within 7 days.....

if you guys need a tourney tree/ round robin table pdf? complete with official team logos etc
i know of an insanely bored graphic designer who has a few hours of render time on his hands.
 
Ok, that was just too cool. Can we let you know in a couple of weeks what the final lineup will be?

Very nice davidson... And I'm not one to moan, but it appears I have two pool matches in a row, whilst my friendly rival CeeJay gets two breaks. I'm just a little worried about player burnout, and I hope something gets arranged before the tournament begins. It would be a shame if something little like that ruins a very promising tournament.

Uhh about as far south as you can get from the Hutt in the north island, near berhampore, newtown? any of these ring a bell? About 2 or 3 k's south of the basin
 
Mate of Iversen and I who will be attending also (Is a TRF member just minimal posts)

I imagine that pdf was purely a cosmetic one, and that the information in it was just as an example for us to see. Davidson will obviously need to be supplied with the correct info closer to the time to have a proper one made.

Looks good also, nice example of having time on your hands :)

i will do it properly when you know your final lineup etc. no doubt ill have some free time then!
 
yeah mate it is awesome, if only i had a color printer.... my flatmate does.. hmm i wonder if i can borrow *steal* it
 
If need be I can print as many as needed through our work printer - I work for a newspaper, really good quality :)

One perk of job, if I've still got one...
 
hey ppl,
so update me on this tourny, i ain't been on here in ages and i'm real keen to cum check it out!!! i'll bring the champ from my crowd i probably won't play i'm only ranked like 5th in our crowd but my cuz whose probably 1st is always keen to play ppl.. so can i blend? haha

well let me knwo if you need it wall-chart size. im sure you have some seriously large format printers if you work for a paper.

if you need a less "ink intensive" layout let me know too, i could make it white, haha.

okay, so for the tourney i need to know:

whos palying and susequently how many.

if randoms are likely to show up (some extra teams etc)

if youre playing as particular teams (as in test pdf)

what sort of tournament are you having (league/ knockout/ pools& knockout/ league and knockout etc)

let me know and ill do you another pdf soon.

i am in the process if doing a poster for work but i cant find enough pictures to humiliate the guys at work.

and i suck at graphics (just look at my sig.. i love it but i didnt do it lol)

Sweet as, if I can't do it, Iversen works at a printing firm, he'll be able to sort us out too :)
 
who is going to run the competition? i had my "screen" up for the final last weekend not actually sure now if i can get 2 projectors, they will both have to be on the floor and at separate ends of the house crossing each other. either that or one goes on the wall, but that will be nowhere near as big as the other screen.

ill take some photos of it at the moment and show you guys what i mean (wont be until i get home from work though and its still a bit messy)

wont matter to much if there is one on the wall insead of the screen anyway.

Well we will see who runs it or whether it becomes a co-op thing.......officially a mod/admin should have the final say on disputes. I think it should all come about naturally.

Well I have booked my transport for the weekend of Oct 1st....but at the end of this week if people really want to do another weekend then I can change my dates.

We have talked about this comp enough so if people can't make it or provide an alternative regarding proceedings they will need to speak up............otherwise there is always next year. For those who do turn up this year the winner should be crowned the official TRF R2006 champion for 2006 regardless of who could not make it. Put up or shut up I say.
