Transfers rumours

if this is true you got yourself one hell of a hooker, when he was with us he was very good never really undeerstand why he left apart from the fact we had too many Argies at that time when they started playing the 4 nations and we did not get them back till late Oct.

Agustín Creevy AND Francis Saili to Munster. Wouldn't say no!

This also makes it pretty likely that Daminen Varley will be forced to retire through injury, which is a serious shame. Also speculation that B.J Botha won't have his contract renewed.

Both are in talks. Creevy would replace Sherry who isn't looking to good after a consultation with specialist last week.
Saili it seems is mad to come to us and is cheaper than Smith. He's looking to come as he doesn't think he will has future in international.

Highly doubt saili and creevy will go to Munster

Unless SBW and Crotty both stay in New Zealand I can't see Saili going.

IMO creevy will either stay at wuss or go to Argentina.

I'd say Creevy more likely as he's been to UL twice in recent weeks. Once I seen with my own eyes. As I stated week or so ago we are in negotiations with 3 top centres. Saili being 1

Robson will be leaving Quins at the end of this season. No confirmed club to go to, but his comments suggest it WONT be an English club.

Bob Casey has said that we have an 85% kicker coming Andy Goode is the favourite but after the signings could be anybody.

Right, more rumors on the Henshaw future front are doing the rounds.

To save you a click, it's been reported that while Henshaw will spend another year at Connacht, he's likely to head South to us next year instead of Leinster. We're apparently willing to make him one of our top paid players here at Munster.
I really wouldn't feel great about this. Yes, I obviously want to see guys of his talent at Munster, but this would seriously hurt the Connacht project. I seriously hope Connacht can secure Champions Cup rugby next year. Hope we just steal a player from some other unsuspecting nation.

The worst thing about Henshaw moving from Connacht would be the dropping in coaching quality he gets on a daily basis. ATM Lam is the best provincial coach and is doing a really great job with Henshaw and the rest of Connacht's young guns, I don't think Foley (Or for that matter MOC and Doak) are anywhere near as good.

Can't happen. They'd only be allowed match Connacht's offer.

Lads as someone in inside I can guarantee we haven't had any contact with Henshaw. But I can say it's being said IRFU will only offer him a top national contract if he's playing in Champions cup. So maybe it's a financial issue too as well we can only match Connacht offer also the IRFU want him playing more regularly at 12.

Latest rumour here in the south west is Darren Barry (ex Bristol academy second row) leaving Cornish Pirates for Worcester.
