Fact is that the IRFU simply don't release players they want to keep from contracts. Madigan? You can bet your bottom he won't be leaving Ireland until his contract is up, and they're likely to pull out the stops to keep him then as well. If it's game time he wants, Munster would be a good bet. I'd hail him as the barnetted Jesus Christ if he came sure. I'd imagine he's very happy with Leinster though and confident in his ability to break through the ranks properly.

Adam Jones to Benetton Treviso?! Italian media are speaking about this transfer.. Onrugby, the main Italian rugby website, says there are contacts between the team and the player. Also, another option for Treviso is Castrogiovanni, even if he prefers to stay at Toulon atm..

I too have heard Madigan to London Irish, with Maitland and McKibbin confirmed Irish look to be slashing the cash on some new backs, although we need more forwards like Ben Franks if we want to win any matches!

Madigan rumour is because a look a like that looks nothing like him was spotted at a London Airport.
