Transfers rumours

Is he any good? With the talent Gloucester have they should be higher in the table!
The start of the season was too early to be expecting anything too soon after all the change, and we have just been destroyed by international call ups and injuries (something like 20 of our starting 23 were unavailable for some of the weekends). It's this next period where I'm hoping Glos will show big signs of improvement.

I feel Glos have a lot of deadwood that needs removing too, unfortunately. There are leagues between our starting team and their alternatives. Humphreys appears to be working on it mid-season though, Isaacs has already left. So looking forward to seeing what kind of team he can put together for next season.

Another player linking with Toulon is Clermont's Nalaga..let the supermarket shop continues!

indeed. And they just tried to get Grenoble's no.10 Wisniewski. He refused (actually stating there was less money in Toulon, but that's not the reason he's staying in Gre).
They're very interested in Plisson, but have resigned Michalak for another extension.

Interesting to note that Daniel Adongo's 2012 ITM cup highlights video had recently been re-uploaded by his management company.
He was playing for the Colts in the NFL but was injured. Last time I checked he was running about at around 127 kegs - big bloke.

Would be surprised to see someone sign him.

In the latest MEN article Cipriani talks about his future at SS. Not much new in it and it covers old ground saying SS need to sign top class players and compete in the play offs.

It is worth noting that Dimes has said he is in contact with two world class players outside the Premiership, wonder who they could be??

Dunno... I suspect he's playing fast and loose with the term "world class" though... :p

I'd prefer we didn't go for World class players.

Richie Gray was considered world class, he was absolute dog sh**.

Vadim Cobilas was a semi-pro Moldovan plying his trade in Russia, and Dan Braid couldn't get a contract anywhere in the SH or NH due to his repeated injuries - they've been two of our best signing in as long as I can remember.

Also what World Class players would want to go to you anyway ;)

but before Sale signed him, he did start playing awful and was very unfit when moving to Sale, he had one good game at sale, then that was it from him.

Jason Robinson ... and Danny Cipriani

Totally agree with you Olyy, although the way Cipriani is talking we will need more stellar names even if they dont turn out to be as good finds as those two players.

Glaws have signed David Halofinuao a Tongan winger apparently he's alright.

Salesi Ma'afu -----> Toulon

(Multiple sources) Haymen retiring and a replacement for Castro.
