Transfers rumours

Ferris is correct to go. He won't be going in to late 30s so needs to make money. He might benefit from the less hectic and physically demanding Japanese league and after 2 years return to Ulster better off

Re- Henson being targeted with the very probable relegation of LW

What do you reckon fellas? I'd love to see him back in Wales as it feels like it would be his best chance of breaking back into the Welsh setup. The thought of him moving once again just as he is starting to get to his best again seems a bit 'back to the drawing board' though. However i think we could all agree that his International career will be over if LW do go down and he stays loyal to them.

Question for Henson is lifestyle. If he is happy with his life off field I think he will stay or move to nearby club

Dan Waenga of Hawkes Bay said to be interesting Biarritz.......27 year old centre which is one area that definitely needs strengthening for BO.....any NZ views on him?

Very average player - more of a flyhalf than a centre. He's nothing special, was never going to make it into Super Rugby.

Sounds like a real find for us!!

By gum, they can pick 'em.....he only has to follow Berquist who has played not one full game for us this season (4 games for 225 minutes), and only 3 games for 70 minutes for Leinster the season before, through injury....but latterly also because he has not shown us anything!!

McIlwaine back to Ulster. Ali Birch to somewhere in England.

James Hook To London Wasps

In my Eyes( which may be rather hopeful eyes)
This Deal suites everyone because Perpignan need to get rid of there high earners cause they're losing money or something like that. James Hook will benefit by getting back in the uk and helping him to secure a Place in the welsh XV and also wasps will have alot of welsh connections with Dai young and Stephen Jones in the coaching staff.

If so What A Signing

I know it's been floating around for quite a while now, but Tavis Knoyle is heavily linked to Gloucester with a deal rumoured to be done.

He's got a year left on his contract, but it's thought that since Scarlets have four scrum-halves aged 22 and younger on their books, something had to give.

How has he been performing this season? Areas of strength and weakness? I must admit that it's strange that he'd pick Gloucester, because he's a Welsh international and would have to work hard to get into the matchday team at Glos, with Jimmy Cowan and Dan Robson (who has probably overtaken Cowan) at the club.

I don't see Wasps signing James Hook when they have also signed Joe Carlisle and Andy Goode. I know Hook is better than either of them and can also play in the centres, but I can't see any of them being happy as 3rd choice 10.

I still think he could end up at Bath, especially now that Donald has confirmed he's leaving.

Berquist is a better player ;)

Silly move I think. He's a nippy player that will get a back-line going, but won't be anything more than a bench player. Which is what he is at the moment. Just now he has less chance of breaking back into the Welsh squad because he's not in Wales.
