Man, I am psyched about this one!!! Sharks have to win this. We almost beat them at Newlands, have to get at least 4 points from this to put ourselves in a play-off position.

Our only injury worry at this time is Tim Whitehead. We all await the great Meyer Bosman :)
Joe Pietersen is out for the Stormers.

Stormers
Team: 15. Gio Aplon, 14. Gerhard van den Heever, 13. Juan de Jongh, 12. Jean de Villiers (Captain), 11. Bryan Habana, 10. Peter Grant, 9. Dewaldt Duvenage, 8. Jebb Sinclair, 7. Rynhardt Elstadt, 6. Siya Kolisi, 5. Andries Bekker, 4. Eben Etzebeth, 3. Brok Harris, 2. Tiaan Liebenberg, 1. Steven Kitshoff
Replacements: 16. Deon Fourie, 17. Frans Malherbe, 18. De Kock Steenkamp, 19. Don Armand, 20. Nick Fenton-Wells, 21. Louis Schreuder, 22. Burton Francis

I just wish it's not the repeat of the first game this year. Man that was a bad night. ****.

Newlands is the wettest place in South Africa. Especially this time of the year. That game both teams struggled with a wet ball. Unless it rains it will be a better contest than the previous one.

LAMBIE IS BACK!!!

15. Patrick Lambie , 14. JP Pietersen , 13. Paul Jordaan , 12. Meyer Bosman , 11. Lwazi Mvovo , 10. Frederic Michalak , 9. Charl McLeod , 8. Keegan Daniel (C) , 7. Willem Alberts , 6. Marcell Coetzee , 5. Anton Bresler , 4. Steven Sykes , 3. Jannie du Plessis , 2. Bismarck du Plessis , 1. Tendai Mtawarira

Replacements , 16. Craig Burden , 17. Wiehahn Herbst , 18. Pieter-Steph du Toit , 19. Ryan Kankowski , 20. Jacques Botes , 21. Odwa Ndungane , 22. Louis Ludik.

Several changes from the match against the Cheetahs.

Deysel, Viljoen and Whitehead are all out of the match 22 because of injuries. Lambie comes back from the flu, replaces Viljoen at full-back, while Pieter-Steph du Toit replaces Deysel. Meyer Bosman moves to inside-center to replace Tim Whitehead, while his place on the bench is filled by Louis Ludik

Stormers by 2.. though its starting to look thin in the loose forwards. My biggest wish is zero injuries for us and that Burger and/or Vermeulen/Carr get well soon!

Lambie to be wasted at the back and Michalak/Bosman/Jordaan to fold under sustained pressure.

Forgot about McLeod at 9 as well. Duvenhage isn't a world beater but at least is a cooler head and better game manager than McLeod.

Stormers have won plenty by playing bad thus far. If they can unsettle the 9-10 they can do it again.
Don't care how, it's 4 points and at this time of the tournament it's only about winning your conference and be in the top 2 overall

No matter how you look at this game, the result will be in favour of...... the Bulls. Go Sharks, Go Stormers!!!!

Nah, only if the Sharks win does it REALLY favor the Bulls as they (Sharks) still have some ground to make up.

Your comments are more appropriate for the Chiefs - Bulls game favoring the Stromers; here's hoping for a low scoring draw!!

The team scoring the biggest are the Crusaders as these are 3 teams above them and at least 1 is going to probably stay round about where they are currently.

Super Freddie to kick away everything that McLeod hasn't.
Ludik has been in awesome form, so let's not play him! Good thinking John.

Here is a bit of useless info. The tallest lock-pairing in Vodacom Super Rugby – Andries Bekker at 2.08m and Eben Etzebeth at 2.03m. The Sharks' locks are Steven Sykes (1.98m) and the former Stormer Ross Skeate (2.01m).

Bekker is the tallest player in the history of Vodacom Super Rugby, while only two Aussies and a Kiwi – Greg Peterson (Waratahs), Phoenix Battye (Force) and Brodie Retallick (Chiefs), all at 2.04m – are taller than Etzebeth. The Waratahs' Sitaleki Timani and Dan Vickerman, as well as Van Humphries of the Reds, are as tall as the young Stormers lock.

Am I the only one thinking it's high time for a coach change at the Shark Cage

No, you aren't. My only concern is who will take over. Mallett?
Rumours were that van Zyl was looking at replacing Plumtree after the S15's anyway.

Our inside backs are going to get torn apart.
