[RWC2023] Wales vs Australia (24/09/2023)

It has but previously Australia have managed to produce teams that could reach finals, I don't think this will be the case anymore and they will struggle in the future
Australia rules football has took the audience. It's seen as safer and just as active.

Wheels coming off the bus now and footage of Australia fans just walking out now.

So it looks like EJ only picked 6 Brumbies in his 33? Far and away the best Aussie side of the past couple of years.

Brumbies style of play would also translate well to international rugby IMO.

The current squad also only has a couple of non Australian's.

Just to rub it in, another try.

Loving it to be honest.

Truly incredible. Australia have been so, so bad. Crazy considering they went in to this game with a chance of qualifying for the QFs.

Aussies still produce it at u20 and Brumbies have bwwn genuinely good the past couple of years. So there is some light in their darkest hour.

It was only 5 years ago when Wales couldn't buy a win against Australia.

I'm going to defend Eddie a bit here. He's been put in to coach Australia with little time and they're in a must worst state than England going into this world cup. Regardless if Australia get rid of him or he goes, they're in trouble and will be for a while. The game is basically finished there.

Well done to Wales. They did the job and got through to a QF. Fingers crossed for them going forward.
