Disciplinary Hearings
All hearings, as a result of red cards issued or citings, will be conducted before an independent three-man Six Nations Disciplinary Committee chosen from the Six Nations Disciplinary Panel, generally on the Tuesday or Wednesday following the weekend to allow for any appeals to be heard before the next round of matches.

Anti-doping

As in previous years random drug testing will take place at RBS 6 Nations Senior, Under 20 and Women's Championship matches plus any "A" internationals being played.

That wasn't a penalty!!!! Sorry Ireland, very hard done by there.
 
lol pissweak, ref just doing his best but thats harsh. Penalty was eventually coming i guess. Ireland need to use this to get motivated for their next game.
