France showed a remarkable level, very strong in all aspects of the game but especially in the line, and the defensive mark. Players also too strong in traction, it took 2 or 3 pumas to take them down ...
I would like to see a match between Les Blues and the All Blacks, although I'm sure that they would defeat the South Africans ...

It was an intensive match but France was more inspired, they've played really well on a dynamic way. The second half both teams were exhausted, and people noticed it, only Sanchez and Michalak with their kicks changed the score.
Congratulations France, and come on Pumas!

Why it is always so difficult against Argentina for France ? It was a ****in tense match and I loved it to bits !

Far from me from putting down Argentina but it is like France is forgetting its rugby (if they have one) when they play Argentina. And we always end up playing on the Argentina tempo ! this time, we did not miss too much tackle lucky us !

We did a good job containing their wingers too. Guys like Juan Imhoff were just invisible this game...

That was a hell of a game...amazing first half from both sides.
Argentina becomes better and better, belonging to Four Nations and being together for several months obviously strengthened them. That team was always terrific in front but now I'm discovering that decent backs playing in Top 14 can become very dangerous when playing for their national team ! Beating them twice in a row with Australia in between is a rare display from France.

For the french players, if someone can explain me why Parra is on the bench ? Machenaud was really poor and even against Australia didn' bring much. Especially Parra oflloads much faster the ball which against a team like Argentina that defends extremely well is a must have. Huget also was a real pain today, losing basically the ball each time he got it, and his try against Australia was already made before he even touched the ball, so I would not consider him also as a choice even on the bench.

Clerc was once again brilliant as well as Michalak and Picamoles. If only Bonnaire and Servat were still there we would have a team able to beat anybody and not only on a good day...

Yeah Huget was a disappointment again...it sucks, because if only he could unleash his full potential !...

Nyanga has been pure GOLD for France these past two tests...I actually cracked a few tears along with him for the opening against AUS. Very touching...if only we had more immigrants/ppl of various origins like him, dear God...but anyways, neither here nor there.

His try at the 33' was fkg SICK !!!! After the match, I went out for a smoke and played the try again in my head and only then realized "DAMN !! Did he just really do that ?!"
PURE power. He probably brushed off more tackles there than the entire Argentina team for the match !

Yep, big fan of Nyanga. Hope he now gets more regular gametime, as I rate him as France's best blindside. Tackles brilliantly, both in physicality and workrate, is a very quick and strong runner with the ball and has nice skills. Been wondering for years why he has only been given a few oppertunities for France.

yeaaaaah...hadn't seen him in a while wearing blue...Well obviously with Dusautoir in his stead as capt., we forgot about him.

That try was fkng BRUTAL.

France looks amazing right now. Best looking team after NZ in my opinion atm...may not be as consistent as those two matches, but all sectors of the game we've got covered, and in quality.
