Aviva Premiership 15/16 - Round 3

Mike Williams crucial hold on Wade

Tigers lucky.

McCaffrey looks a good pick up.

Been thinking that too - where's he from?

On the face if it I'm pleased we're only 4 points down. Definitely some good signs from us but not accurate enough. Halai should have made that pass and Daly would have been. Alternatively, Halai would have scored if Downey hadn't ran into contact.

Tigers look good too. Some big carries but I'm not sure I rate Fonua. Doesn't seem to have the top two inches and not attempting offloads - if he could offload in the tackle Tigers would have scored more.

Sale 20 - 13 Saints

VERY pleased with that!
Almost threw it away at the end, gave away a few penalties in a row and then when we got a turnover we gave away another for coming in at the side trying to secure it.
Luckily we forced a knockon right on our tryline!
Addison was outstanding!
Cips missed a few shots at goal and his head started to drop before he was subbed, which was a bit worrying.

Please crowd stating obvious.

Looks straight at him.

The crowd are getting more over the top every time - we know its a yellow at least and showing it more and more times just riles them up more.
Also, the crowd have been howling like that whenever a wasps player breathes!

Considering all the talk about Tigers not signing very well known players I'm been really happy with them all.

Agreed.. lots of smart bits of business... though not sure what your depth will be like given a few unlucky injuries?
In complete contrast Wasps have brought in lots of bigger names and still seem to have the same structural flaws! Dai Young will no doubt moan about the team not playing for the full 80 but at some point you've got to question the coaching..
