Australia vs England (3rd Test) - 16/07/22

Quite a wholesome moment in the lead up to the game, getting one of the Aussies from the 2003 final a new silver medal after they chucked their original in the river. Good to see that, once the emotion of the occasion has passed, he realises his error and is happy to have a replacement.

I thought Brian Moore had copyrighted that in 1991 when his ended up in the Thames.

In contrast, Javelin thrower Maria Andrejczyk who had previously suffered from cancer auctioned off her silver medal from Tokyo for $125,000 which went towards heart surgery for a young baby.

Pretty sure every player on both teams was advancing before the kick in that set of kicks...

Watching this game with a Dr Manhattan-like steely superior indifference. We have become gods

Let off with a pretty poor start. FFS Farrell. Talk about compounding errors.

This game has been shocking so far, but it's threatening to open up.

That one went blatantly forward, tellingly they aren't showing the angle that shows it.

Freeman tackling Tupou with his face...i mean its commitment if not abit daft.

Aussie commentator has an actual good point in defence of Fazlet's drop kick.
Really difficult to get your eye in at the cricket ovals as the hoardings and seats are so far away from the lines, so really tough to judge the depth of a kick.

I'd still expect better of someone with that much experience, but it does sound valid.
