Australia vs England - 3 Tests - June 2016

If Simpson was selected, that would be the absolute best news in the world Dan Robson could receive.

List of Universities that do Economics

Some thought highly of for their course, with an AVP club nearby. On the face of it, whoever advised Underhill didn't do a very good job, unless his grades weren't good enough.

Or maybe he wanted to go to Cardiff?
And maybe now he's there he has friends there? and at his current club?

Seems a bit strange that everyone's so happy at him harming his education and ******* on his current contract to come back to England.
I'd love to see him here, and love to see him playing for England, but it's his life, he can do what he wants.

I did say 'on the face of it'.

I have no problem with the lad doing what he wants with his life, it's his decision.

He's 19 so has about 15 yrs max. as an Elite rugby player which he is now being offered. There is no age limit on education.
Things happen that affect your priorities and outlook in life and the trick is to know when to make changes.

Inclined to agree with JohnMac - the rugby is time limited, everything else is not, BUT... since everything seems to indicate they're working towards picking him while he's still in Wales, why should he move?

He is studying economics?

Not one of the must have degrees?!

Isles can run quick in a straight line and everyone acts like he's the greatest guy on the scene. He's got poor hands, poor passing and poor tackling.
I think Wade would cut a far more impressive highlights real.

There are plenty of players on the 7's scene who are much better players, but guys like Baker and Isles are significantly faster that someone like Wade.

Well with the injury to Beale, our stocks in the centres just got a little weaker. We're still left with a few options for Cheika to decide upon... I would imagine Lealiifano is the obvious choice, but Cheika regularly overlooked him last year. Other options if they are fit would be Matt Toomua, Matt Giteau (don't think this is likely), Samu Kerevi or possibly Anthony Fainga'a. Who knows maybe Hunt might get the call up, after previous statements made by Cheika, one can certainly see it as a possibility.

Surely the case for Farrell at 10 for these is now unanswerable. I don't care whether Manu / Slade / Ben Morgan plays at 12. I just want our best 10 controlling things and that is Farrell by a country mile at the moment. In filthy conditions on Saturday his goal kicking was immaculate and his positional work driving his pack around wasn't far behind.

It will all depend on Manu's fitness ATM.

If fit
10) Faz
11) Nowell
12) Manu
13) JJ
14) Watson
15) Brown

22) Ford
23) Daly

If not fit
10) Ford
11) Nowell
12) Faz
13) JJ
14) Watson
15) Brown

22) Slade
23) Daly

I can understand that, but 10 is such a key position and Fazlet is streets ahead of Ford atm. If Manu's not around I'd much rather see Faz and Slade than Ford and Faz.

And while we're on the subject, Brown looks badly in need of a rest. My preference is Watson at 15, but surely worth giving him or Nowell a crack?

Now someone's said it I want Ben Morgan at 12. He's got good hands, a eye for a gap, he's not slow and he can be a battering ram.

I'm on the Ben Morgan band wagon!

Who are you expecting to be 1st choice 10 for the series?

I've always been a big fan of Lealiifano at either 10 or 12, I'd make sure he was involved

1st choice 10 for Wallabies surely has to be Bernard Foley.
