I don't like Hillary one bit, if nothing else her voice makes me want to scrape my ears off, however the idea that millions of Americans seriously think Trump is presidential material or even acceptable as a "not the other person" candidate is shocking. Each election the Republicans sink lower and lower and now they have sunk so low they don't even like their own candidate!

Do you really think that all the stuff Trump has said like banning Muslims, building a wall etc will get through the courts / congress? If Trump gets in he will just be a figurehead.

The reason why I think Trump will be good for the world is because he has already stated that he wants better relations with Russia and China, and clearly wants all American troops out of foreign.

Clinton on the other hand will start World War 3. She is a warmongering who has blood on her hands from Iraq, Libya and has already stated she'd send troops into Syria. She is happy to have conflict with Russia and knows the systems to get stuff through the courts / congress.

Except Trump has the temperament of a teenager do you really want someone of that ilk having to make decisions in the Situation Room? He's a far bigger threat to global security than Clinton. WW3? Incredibly unlikely the major global powers will never get to that stage again. A second cold war likely but I don't think Trump will stop that.

Just pulling troops out doesn't work either thats why there was a power vacuum in Iraq that led to the rise of ISIS.

And Clinton does not have that same temperament? The President does not have that sort of authority anymore in the USA's Situation Room. Look at Obama, he has wanted to bring in so much great stuff like healthcare and the closure of a prison but he has been thwarted, in my view from others in the USA government.

Look at how different departments have differing agendas. The most apparent being the illegal actions in Syria by USA.

The most telling clip I have seen of Clinton is when she was told that Gaddafi had been killed, her response "we came, we saw, he died".

Trump is in love with Putin and the Chinese for their economic potential, whereas Clinton sees them as enemies, and this is why I think he would be better for foreign policy with those nations and the Middle East. Trump has already moved more central in his views, in an attempt to gather people who are unsure of Clinton, and if he got it I think he would just be another figurehead who can't get anything done because of obstacles.

Ummm I'm not entirely sure you understand the military chain of command in the USA and what the situation room is. Health care has nothing to do with it and Guantanomo is gut decisions made in the heat of the moment and requires massive logistics through the US systems. I'm talking about major operational decisions and planned attacks which he is.not accountable to anyone.

I do not know how the chain of command works, but what I meant (but didn't word it well) was that I believe Clinton is more likely to put the USA into a climate where the Situation Room is required.

The 'Situation Room', from what I have read is only a necessity when the USA is at war with another nation. The current actions in Syria etc is not the final decision of Obama, like the attack on Mosul in Iraq. If a war did break out then it would be. It is the general and the smarmy face of John Kirkby who are the ones higher than Obama when it comes to USA's actions in the Middle East.

As I think Trump is more willing to work with larger foreign nations, which Clinton does not want to work with, then the Situation Room will just gather dust when Trump is President.

I have to agree with Gavin. I believe a Trump presidency wouldn't be as bad as most people believe. I mean, 90% of the things he promised are either unconstitutional or require approval from congress. Imagine a presidency without a president.

That orange mistake has about as much tact as a bull in a China shop. I'd love to see his attempt at diplomacy, when he can't keep himself from getting into twitter arguments like an 11 year old. Oh he might get along with people who have endorsed him like Kim Jong Un and Putin moderately well because they're also scum of the earth, but unlike Trump, Putin is intelligent, ruthless, and would likely make a fool of Trump. I don't like Clinton. I think she's a cretin too. She's neither a good, nor likable person, and her attempts to appear 'in touch' are like watching an alien attempting to blend into society, but she's at the very least got the experience to run a country, unlike Trump who actually seems to misunderstand pretty basic concepts which are tied to running the country.
Must be the weakest pair of presidential candidates ever? Can't help but feel that if either party had an even halfway decent candidate it would be a washout.

The actual problem is for years the USA media (which is very right wing not left) has portrayed the democratic party as bunch of lefty socialists when they're not. Also anti-American values which whilst they may have differing opinion aren't a millionIsles apart.

The problem is after years of dividing rhetoric because it sells even when outlets like Fox News realise that Trump is a dangerous choice they don't listen and as they believe Democrats are the enemy and should be stopped no matter who is selected.

Also it's not a surprise those on the lowest rungs of ladder in life flock to someone outside the normal political establishment. Right wing people.go to Farage or Trump. Left wing a Sander or Corbyn. They deserve someone who will really fight for them it's just a shame Sanders is the closest they had to a real stand bearer who really believesorry he is fighting for them.

Trump is **** businessman who inherented his wealth and has used it badly. Who thinks you can run a country like a business....he literally is everything wrong for the.little guy he was no intention in helping them. And will say do anything to appeal to voters who don't understand what their actual issues are.

He's also very likely a serial offender of sexual assault even then the way he treats and talks about women is disgusting. That alone should disqualify him.


As noted Clinton is hardly an ideal candidate but the fact she's been in public office for so long and nothing has really stuck suggests she might not be as dirty as people like to think. On emails I question the aides that up the server to hold classifies emails more I'm 99% sure it wasn't on her orders to do something illegal. At my place of work my CEO just has assume the various security controllers are informing him and the rest of the company on handling secure information correctly. Would I serve jail.time is I mishandled it on that scale? Probably not if nothing got leaked through it of major consequence, lose my job and clearance but it's always one rule.for the top and.another for the bottom.

The split in the country is very dangerous. Does anyone think perhaps this was caused by a black man with social reforms on the top of his agenda being president? Perhaps America isn't as forward thinking as many think it is. I've never really thought of America as a 'forward thinking' country, I don't think we are either though but we do better than they do.

On Russia they are trying to 'manipulate' the election by using goverment division to dig up dirt on the Democrats and release it to the world. Trump has veen encouraged them through speeched to do so. Whether Trump is in league with Putin I have no idea and probably doubt some grand conspiracy.



The attacks on Trump himself are for obvious reason he's a populist in the bad sense of the word. He'll say anything to get vote and when Clinton says he can't do that people don't want to listen because they want him to do it. this means the attacks have to get person because his biggest failing by far is he as a person is unsuitable to president.
