A Political Thread pt. 2

Hence the "what if..."
If we take the undersupply problem for Russia into account, how does that change the balance of numerical superiority?

There are suggestions it could be Ukraine chancing their arm to see what is achievable before rain comes later in the month and turns everywhere into an impassable bog.

I don't think it's just a PR exercise to try and raise morale by taking a few strategically insignificant villages that Russia will happily let go in favour of better defensive positions. I think we'll know a lot about the possible outcome of the war by the end of this month.

It will have an impact once the Russians run out of supplies like I said in my original post. It's down to how fast that happens and that's completely unknown so the offensive with inferior numbers is still a massive risk. A NATO army would still be looking for a 3 to 1 advantage regardless 9f enemy supply/moral etc hopefully Ukraine have some confirmed intelligence on the Russian supply situation that has given them the opportunity to attack. I really hope this isn't political pressure forcing the Ukrainian army to attack in unfavorable circumstances

The elephant in the room is still, of course, the use of nuclear weapons as the ultimate way of ending this conflict. Doesn't bear thinking about, but that is ultimately what Putin has up his sleeve if he thinks FI, if I and Russia can't have all of Ukraine then no one else will.

Might not even be the use of actual nuclear weapons, as we saw at Zaporizhzhia and the nuclear power plant.

This and the use of chemical weapons ala Syria. But I have not seen anything more on this since a few months ago IIRC.

To use nuclear weapons would be admitting that Russia is at war with Ukraine and it needs to use its most powerful weapons to win it. Also there is the question about how well maintained the Russians keep their nukes

Is this perhaps the worst leader and deputy leader the UK has ever had?

For Tallshort when he was in the military...
Ok,Tallshort has knowledges and is a smart person in general, I agree.
I stopped saying anything about this war, because, first of all it's very hard to me personally, but also because we don't have enough of information and there are too many fakes about almost everything..

BBC News - Barristers start indefinite strike action over pay in England and Wales

So we now have no functioning criminal courts in this country any more. Another fantastic Tory achievement. They have destroyed everything.

Criminal law doesn't deliver justice anyway with the cnuts looking for every loophole and technicality to get people off who are guilty as sin.

They can cry me a ******* river.

Chief Brexiteer Chris Heaton-Harris gets the NI Secretary spot, Jesus wept

Rees-Mogg business secretary, he's going to be shocked we he finds out the East India Trading Company is no longer a thing

Jesus Chris what a band of mediocrity, and that's on a good day.
