My guess is he will, but only in a sleazy effort to boost his own ego.Putin hated what the end of the Cold War did to the old USSR. I wonder if he authorizes a state funeral for the architect of its end?
Shamima Begum, who fled the UK and joined the Islamic State group, was smuggled into Syria by an intelligence agent for Canada.
Its very unlikely anything was prohibited from the judge. Watching LegalEagle's videos on this when this kind of warrant is executed they'll take anything at a cursory glance that could pertain to the case (like if it says banks statements related to y and they find a file full of something looking like statements they'll chuck the entire file in). They are then obligated to send anything back when the filter team go through it with a more fine tooth comb. If they didn't raids would take days/months. So a judge to put limitations on what the raid could take by accident would add needless time to its execution."Explicitly prohibited" by whom?
If it's anyone other than the judge who signed the search warrant, then surely that's obstruction of justice
So, prevented, by Trump's representatives. But agents were "explicitly prohibited" by his representatives from searching any boxes inside a storage room at Mr Trump's property, according to the latest filing
He can't even declassify them by thought alone, hell they aren't even declassified the second he orders it. Once they are properly processed for declassification after the order then they are declassified. So, prevented, by Trump's representatives.
Not dodgy in the slightest.
And his defence seems to be that they were declassified (possibly retrospectively) - which is utterly irrelevant, as he seems to be obliged to hand everything over to archives anyway, whether classified or not.
The only valid defence appears to be "They were declassified AND copies of what had been handed in"
