Your Lions Squad Following the 6N

I loved that game on Saturday because now I have genuine means of justification for being totally biased. 90% of test selection also comes from the warm-up games anyway, so no XV can really be read that far into, hence why I presented it as a squad rather than a list with my starting team.

I just don't like Healey and never have, but it's more a case that we can't take everyone, and he misses out as the fourth-best loosehead in my opinion (Fifth, but Corbisero's injured). All are betetr scrummagers than him, and while none are as good carriers, I think there's enough in other aspects of their game to make up for it. I like a hard-working prop, not a bloody-minded showpony.

One game doesn't give you a right to be biased at all. Also in this thread I asked for squads anyway so I'd have expected that format even if some are posting XV's.

Right well there's no need to purposefully misspell his name. All are not better scrummagers than him and if you think he's not hard working then you don't know enough about him. He had the most tackles in the whole competition after two rounds that is mental for a prop he does far more work in the loose than both Grant and James. Just say you don't like him and won't pick him not some paprethin reasons to try and make it more reasonable.

Yeah lol. I'm just pointing it out as so many are doing it. I bolded it in the post before ignoring stuff like that annoys me a bit and it's fairly tongue in cheek. He's entitled to his opinion and I'm just saying why I think his opinion is wrong and asking for honesty. Can you honestly tell me if someone was saying they didn't like Jenkins, he's a poor scrummager and apart from his fancy jackling does little work you wouldn't be on here telling the person how wrong you think they are? You can't or if you do you're lying I just have to look back over the early 6n threads where people wanted James ahead of Jenkins to prove it.

I never said Hialey was a poor scrummager, just that the others are better. I find myself disliking anybody who likes to leave their gob hanging open. The only exception is Keira Knightley, and I think you'll find I also snubbed her.

You are getting worked up over nothing. I have seen stuff here, I just ignore it. Easier that way, as people are entitled to their opinion.

Fact remains, Jenkins ended the 6 Nations the better player. The right call was made in the end. Move on, I have.

Healy really has to tour for me. He can more than hold his own in the scrum, is a strong ball-carrier and an asset at the breakdown. Really everything you need in a prop, with good energy. And he's been a consistent performer at a high-level for a while now.
