I dont mean as the worst six nations for specific team. But for the matches themself's.

I thought that the last week made up for the majority off the other weeks. So many errors in one match like Italy vs Wales, there has been so many errors aswell as Scotland vs Italy and France vs Scotand.

What do you guys think ?, do you think this year's six nations was one off the worst or just the same as the rest ?

There are always errors, this year actually had decent weather and probably less of them overall. This year's competition was also very compelling with 3 teams in particular (4?) each looking like they could win the ***le, and in the end, either of them deserving it.

I'm sorry mate, but i think simply supporting Scotland this year would make it a nightmare. I know you probably wouldn't say you're taking this into account, but I still wouldn't quite believe you. It was not the best 6N ever, but it was certainly above average and i think we will only realise this with prolonged hindsight.

I don't know, but I did lose interest after the second week. For me I think it's just that I favor the Super Rugby style of play, finding it a bit more exciting over the stodgy 6N play. I still don't know why I find the northern game duller than the southern...it could simply be that I'm more familiar with the SH players and even the style of the commentators, making the southern games a bit more entertaining to watch (or it may be the diff between the international vs domestic games).

The 6n has been poor for some years and I am happy to see a tight 3 all draw providing there is skill and precision. These are the two things that have been missing for some time which can only partly be excused by the increasing importance of defence and size of players making the hits!!

The scrums are a mess and that will never be sorted until the coaches agree to use them as restarts and not penalty machines.

What is actually more difficult are the the skill levels and mindless penalties being given away. As skill levels I mean handling, ability to see and take the correct options and aimless kicking rather than precise and tactical kicking!!!

What rescued this years was the Wales v England match and the Wales Ireland one PLUS yesterday!!!!

It is the hope/expectations of seizing matches or days like that that keeps us coming back rather than the quality in general!!!

I am a real veteran of Saturday in front of the TV watching the 6N and now the kids, who have their own, would no longer bother being upset by the screaming looney of a Dad as the matches do not excite me anywhere like they did (and I have grown up about the refs)!!!!

How did you not enter screaming looney mode during the rollercoster second half of thr England match? Less about Owens and whether you felt England would do it or not.

Haha!!

Maturity to enjoy the spectacle by expecting England to fall short but kinda hoping they would not?!!!!!!

Or maybe just the drink?!!!!!

The entire tournament is a nonsense in the gaps it has and there is no relegation
Until this weekend all the games were dull.
Some were intense but still dull affairs.
This weekend they broke the shackles and played flowing rugby... sadly it will all be forgotten all too soon and we will be back to playing force back and rolling mauls, Yaaaaawn.

The last weekend papered over what was largely a poor tournament in terms of the style of rugby played. Hopefully we'll see teams in this part of the world embrace the open attacking style exhibited yesterday.

For me though, 2009 and 2013 were worse.
