Wonder if kaplan will b a good choice as ref. I guess we'll find out on saturday. I fancy a score reversal this weekend =D hope there isnt too mny changes to the team, and hopefully we see "The Orange one" play some part.

I thought Kaplan was in a scooter accident or was that another South African ref?

As long a Wales have their props back I expect them to win.

BYRNE, HOOK AND JONES BACK FIT

Morgan Stoddart has had successful surgery on his broken leg and will return to Wales from London tomorrow (Tuesday).

Stoddart broke his left leg during Wales’ clash with England at Twickenham on Saturday and was immediately taken to Charing Cross hospital where he was operated on yesterday.

Elsewhere, a trio of former British & Irish Lions have given head coach Warren Gatland a fitness boost ahead of the return clash with England at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 2.30pm).

James Hook (shoulder), Lee Byrne (knee) and Adam Jones (toe) are all back in full training and have been declared fully fit and back in contention for selection, which occurs on Thursday.

Longer term injury victims Leigh Halfpenny (ankle) and Richard Hibbard (shoulder) have also provided good news to the Welsh camp and are targeting returns against Argentina in 12 days time.

“Both Leigh and Richard have come through contact screening and will be fully integrated back into training this week, with a view to being back in contention for the Pumas match,†said WRU national performance medical manager Prav Mathema.

“Both Adam and Lee where back in full training towards the end of last week and James is also now ready to take a full part.â€

However, Wales are still waiting on the fitness of Scarlets pair Stephen Jones and Matthew Rees and will re-assess Blues prop Gethin Jenkins later this week.

“Stephen pulled out of the game at the weekend as a precaution with a tight calf, but we need to have a closer look at him in the early part of this week before we make a further judgement,†added Mathema.

“Matthew is making normal progress after his injection (neck), but it is also too soon to make a judgement on him and Gethin is also set to be re-assessed.

“The good news about Morgan is that he has come through surgery successfully and he will now begin his rehabilitation programme back at the Scarlets.

“He travels back from London tomorrow, but it is impossible at this stage to put a time frame on his recovery.â€

So we are realistically looking at hook at 10, priestland to 15?? Wouldnt mind that with knoyle at 9 and Gavlar at 12 =P

Hopefully MJ would pick a full strength team not including shaw or hape or tindall. Manu all the way ! choosing what he thinks is shis best XV

Nah, Ireland will be the full strength team I think

I think we might see Care start with Simpson on the bench - Simpsons brought on 20 from the end and then compare him vs Wigglesworth for who is bench vs Ireland

I think we'll see something along the lines of (not too sure about 11-14, don't know how Johnson will play it) :

1. Sheridan
2. Thompson
3. Cole
4. Deacon
5. Palmer
6. Robshaw
7. Fourie
8. Easter
9. Care
10. Hodgson
11. Sharples
12. Hape
13. Tindall (c)
14. Ashton/Banahan
15. Foden

16. Mears
17. Doran-Jones
18. Botha
19. Haskell
20. Simpson
21. Flood
22. Armitage

I'll also be there, in the rather dubious company of two England supporters. So a Wales win is even more important than ever, as otherwise the 2-hour train home shall be unbearable. Last time we did this, it was to Welford Road to see the Scarlets get trounced.

Tav must start, surely, and apparently somebody from the WRU has said that Gav, Geth and Gareth Delve are all going to feature. Hook 10, Priestland 15 would be good.

My XV would be 1:Andy sheridan 2: Dylan Hartley 3: Dan Cole 4:Courtney Lawes 5:Tom palmer 6: Tom croft 7: James Haskell 8: Jordan crane 9: Ben Youngs 10 : Jono Wilko all the way 11: Miles benjamin ( lean mean try scoring machine !) 12 Big Man Banahan ( A beast if used correctly) 13: Manu Tuilagi 14: Chris Ashton 15: Dylan Armitage( showed his class on saturday) / Ben Foden works well with Ashton

Ooh, I forgot to say my squad is if Lawes isn't fit
If Lawes is back then him at 4 and Deacon on the bench (this is what I think not want)

deedeedatiger - 2 of those players (Crane/Benjamin) aren't in the squad, and one (Youngs) is out injured untill the WC anyway :p

"The Orange one"
Hahahaha, i'm going up for this one, so it would be amazing to see him play again after these years after last time I saw him he was one of our best players XD

Sorry out of date been on holiday without internet

I'll be happy with the Welsh team as long as they include Gav in the centre as he likes playing against England :) , Tavis Knoyle at 9 (thought he was good when he came on), Gareth Delve at 8 (really excited to see him play this time, he has a point to prove and has been excellent in Super 15 by all accounts) and Adam Jones returning to the front row. Apart from that I'd keep the side from the last game perhaps maybe giving Hook a run out as well.

I know but I resent Easter and Cueto so much I just replaced them ...... On Auto mode ! well then time to put my rugby mode back on for rwc 2011 england all the way woop woop

Yeah, Knoyle was decent when he came on.
He did seem a bit nervous and unsure, if he can get that under control he could definitely try and stake a claim for the 9 shirt.

Just because your a Sale fan !!!

Cueto just finished his england try drought and I rest my case you honour

His nervousness highlighted by his lovely attempt at a quick tap :p Other than that he was mostly positive. His distribution was immensely quicker than Phillips', so thats a plus :D
