"Thanks for playing guys and I hope you appreciate the game so far" <-- understatement of the year.
My friend, this is by far the most interesting competition/prediction game I play in and I think I play almost all of them out there.
Keep it up, most of my friends that is now aware of this will partake in the future, If you wish to continue (you should, it is the right thing to do ! )
Tri Nations /hint /hint
Hahaha. I was actually thinking of only doing the World Cup, but Tri Nations and (hopefully) Currie Cup would be pretty awesome too. I just always hope, week after week, that everyone gets his predictions in on time. Now that I have eliminated the inactive members, we are left with 12.
Bogdam, since your predictions were sent in after the Hurricanes - Force match, I have to remove that one when counting your points. The other predictions are valid.
Hey guys, here is the weekly update again!!! It was a nice round to watch, with unexpected wins for the Lions and the Reds (despite some expecting the latter) and most people did pretty well. Bogdam was a little late and because of that, I had to exclude his Hurricanes-Force prediction since the match was played when he gave his predictions.
We will start with the low scores of the week. It hurts to see that for the second week in a row I cannot get more than 10 points. This week, just as week 14, I only got to 9 points. Last week I got to share the humiliation with Olyy, this week it's my Belgian pal Amobokoboko who is tied for the lowest score of the week.
The people fighting for the spot behind Ezequiel and darwin_23 are strugglin in a fierce battle. Draggs did best with 19 points which puts him ahead of stormer2010 and TNT88 and ties him with TRF_Olyy who got only 14 and is tied with the Welsh Sharks fan at 217. The earlier mentioned TNT88 is in 5th place after this week with 213, only 1 point ahead of the 2 Stormers-fans stormer2010 (212) and BadGena (211). BadGena ended with 16 points which included a total of 4 correct try scores but no correct point-score.
Shaggy and Gavin are close to the 200-point mark but not there yet. Our Canadian newby, who is in a fierce battle with Ezequiel for 2 TRF Awards, is stuck at 199 and needs 1 more to get to that long-awaited mark. Our Paddy has 190. The bottom 3 are still several rounds away from getting there. Amobokoboko having low 9 points sees lucky number 7 coming closer 11 points more than our Belgian friend in the last 3 weeks. Bogdam is 12th and last with 152 but is 1 point closer to the 11th spot.
Last but not least, there is darwin_23. The puppy from Dunedin scored a record 26 points in his 15-week prediction game. He got to 25 in round 7 and now it's 1 more. With those 26 points and TRF_Ezequiel only getting 9, he gains a massive 17 points on the log leader. With 237 he is only 8 points short of that very popular top spot.
Green = Log Leader Red = Wooden Spoon Blue = Best achievement this round
