So what clubs/bars are good to go to in Welly?  Not that I will be drinking.....I think I am the sober driver remember.

Are we gonna play a game of something to have a break?  Touch, soccer?
there's a club in wellington called Pound [/b]
aparently it is closing down or closed down.

and its not a place for most of the guys that are coming to the torny

gay guy would be right at home though

hhahahaha ok then

i suggest the downtown local or ferrymans, they sell tui there

they sell tui everywhere down here, well almost everywhere. i normally go to the malt house but thats cause most of work goes down there.

or the occidental as well

Do you have a barbie? This will give CAI and dobrien something to do and for people a place to console each other after they play me

You gotta be kiddin!!!! That far......!

What about Wendy's?????...I suppose you never heard of it!

Sometimes I look down the road and think, McDees, Wendy's, Burger King, or just go to Burger queen since they have THE BIGGEST!!!!

Had Wendy's for first time myself when in Auckland Oct last year... although Burger Fuel was my favourite :D

yeah i heard of wendys, you heard of cows......

i havent tried them but the missus reckons theyre pretty good, anyone tried the fergburger in queenstown, now i got me a big al at like 4am after painting the town mahogany and it was just plain unbelievable heres the rundown

The Big Al $15.00
Al delivers a double serving of prime New Zealand beef (1/2lb), lashings of bacon, a whole lotta cheese, 2 eggs, beetroot, lettuce, tomato, red onion, relish & a big wad of aioli

Beetroot on a burger is a crime against humanity!!

Been off work with a back injury since rugby on Saturday, no real developments of note re: the tourney?

Doesn't look like it yet, a good old tangent happening at the moment...

The only development happening is me realising how much I suck....my mate thrashed me 66-14 last night...gee that is depressing. May have to steal his methods even more.

We do play "no punting" rules though. Our games are very close when we play proper rugby.

How many of you guys play real rugby? and what positions do you play?

I used to play Wing.....then my ball skills improved and they made me Centre......then I got old and they made me No8.....then I got older and now I just coach the school team.

I havent played since high school, too slow to be a wing now and too small to be anything but 9 or 10 but lack the boot skills. Id played touch this season and sprained my ankle trying to be too clever, and it is still giving me trouble now.
