Andrew Porter to Munster is being rumored. Don't believe it for a second though, we have two good looseheads who we're more likely to hold on to during international periods. Andrew Porter to Ulster I could believe.

That's more a Nuicifora talk thing. We should have announcement in Jan regarding 2 guys.

I don't read the Times so I'm going on what someone on Shedweb said. According to the Times, Gloucester weren't going to announce Hook -> Ospreys until Gloucester had a replacement signed. Since it has been announced, I presume that someone has signed (or to the same effect). This is an educated guess, but if it were someone from outside the Premiership, I reckon it would have been announced by now... so perhaps more likely to be someone within the Premiership, where we have to wait until January? A lot of assumptions though, I suppose we will see soon enough.

Can't help but wonder if they're gonna focus on Burns and Protheroe.
Burns appears to have it nailed down at the moment and Protheroe is a real prospect - Think it'd be a mistake but wouldn't be that surprised.

More concerned about the S/H position right now - with Laidlaw going and Heinz re-signing, would seem logical that he's lined up as first choice. I really, really hope not.

Yeh sure
Slade ---> Bath to play full time 10.
Wigglesworth --> Toulon but waiting to see if ford is staying before signing if not Lyon.
Glous --> After 10 and 15 and PSA favourite for HC role.
Boyce ---> Quins who beat competition from Wasps
Stanley --> Tigers favourites with Sale, Quins and Cheifs (who released him due to injury) after him.
Saints ---> looking for a TH injury cover

I dunno, it makes sense on a few levels. Glos need a 10 and now have the money to make this work. Ford seems to be leaving Bath and it wouldn't be a long move if he wanted to stay local.

I've also heard rumours of Val Rapava-Ruskin to Gloucester. Also Joe Simpson, but I don't see this as being particularly likely.
