Is it really a shock? None of the remakes are any good. The Internet just seams to have taken special exception with this one.

There are lots of people on YouTube who have made a good living attacking films from a culture war perspective. If I'm being honest sometimes they have a point.

Saw Black Bag during the week, was a well put together find the mole spy thriller.

Basically stick to the script and the audience will still like it.

But even the guardian is saying the new Snow White made changes that just hurt the movie (and also found a way to not hire dwarves to play the dwarves.)

Neither of which are a patch on the originals which are all time classics.

True, but didn't expect them to be. But they were still good IMO and offered something a little different from the animated versions.
