[RWC2023 QF1] Wales vs Argentina (14/10/2023)

To people that don't like Peyper, this is a perfect example of why I like him. He somehow lets the game flow whilst disproportionately penalising the defending side. As soon as he has gone off the exact same match has turned into a bit of a whistlefest.

Happy with three points here.

Wales will be annoyed with the last 5/10 minutes. Line out poor, couple of silly mistakes.

Explain me this call against Argentina, please
I want to understand more
Offside, I believe

If it's a very short kick players can't be played onside by the chasers if they're within 10m of where it lands, so they have to either retreat or just not get involved in the play - Argentina's no. 9 was in front of the kick then joined in the fracas after it landed without retreating 10m

Wales should have been with larger advantage.
Now, in Three minutes, Argentina have equalled the score (or nearly)

Grazie Mr Nigel Owens

Classic Lavinini
ETA - actually, I don't blame him, but retaliation is always penalised worse.

Lavanini's actions were nothing compared to Adams

Yellow for Adams then penalty reversal but no card for Lavanini?
