Ireland lost against Scotland. Ireland lost 2 times against a 2nd string France. Ireland lost again England in Dublin. Ireland was the most disappointing NH side during the first round against the USA.Australia is far superior to any of those sides.If Ireland win this game, this will be a massive surprise for everyone. I'm not even sure the Irish themselves believe their team can do something.

My dad and sisters were there. I just got a drunken, excited e-mail from one of my sisters. I can tell she's extremely happy.

Interestingly, this was a chance for the Wallabies to win their first match at Eden Park for 25 years, and they still couldn't do it playing Ireland.

No tries but I still thought it was a great game. Ireland in control throughout and played flawlessly. After experiencing town on Sunday night I can only imagine what it's gonna be like tonight.

Maybe not World Cup but if we get into that side of draw away from Aus/NZ/SA then every team is capable of beating anyone and strange things happen in a tournament.

History supports the All Blacks at Eden Park though. You can say what you like about the All Blacks choking at world cups but any team that plays the All Blacks in Auckland gets thoroughly dismantled.
