What do you think, is it possible to make up these guys under Russian?2013 champions Krasny Yar lost most of their best players, props Maxim Cobilas (signed to Sale Sharks), Mamuka Khechikovi (signed to Aia Kutaisi, Georgia), hooker Nazir Gasanov (joined the rival Enisey-STM), lock Andrei Romanov (rumoured to play for CSM Bucharest this season) and their 4 NZ players, John Dodd, Scott Cowan, Glen Horton and Craig Claire (the last 3 are former Super Rugby players). The team will sign Tongan players, especially because they accept salaries in rubles (NZ players were paid in dollars and because of the fall of the ruble, the players returned too expensive).
The decline of Russian rugby continues, both the national team and the local league are getting weaker. The league was not competitive at all anyway, with the two Krasnoyarsk clubs so much better than the rest. Now Enisey-STM will probably trash them all without any contest. Those NZ players were supposed to play for Russia one day to strengthen the team and now they are gone too. And with the country's grim economic prospects due to falling oil prices, investments in sport can only decrease.
Vladimir12 for president seems to be the only solution indeed
My friend, Russian and '41 no one gave more than two months of life.
Do not judge Russia by European newspapers ...

President of the Romanian Rugby Federation Haralambi Dumitras today announced that Romania and Georgia will soon act on the floor above and the Six Nations Cup will be the Eight Nations Cup.
Yay! Russia finally be able to win the European Nations Cup!
Players from foreign us leave because of the fact that the Russian team can not pay their contracts in dollars, because the dollar against the ruble rose to more than 2 times.
Therefore, from Krasny Yar went out of New Zealand players, players from Tonga club are cheaper.
But we stand, and everything will be fine.
I bind a future rise of the Russian rugby with an exponentially growing amateur rugby, rugby begin to play everywhere.
While there is no money, but they will. The more people play rugby, the more friends and acquaintances players become interested in the game, and some have money.
In the end, it will bear fruit.
These fruits are ripe when somebody will shoot Rugby Federation of Russia.
As for 1941, I would like to say that we do not look as bad as it seems certain from the ...
@Vladimir: Do you have any idea why Russian Rugby Union moved them match vs Romania from Sochi to Krasnodar...again?
