Rugby 2012 player ratings? Players with 99

chris ashton, burger, poitrenaud, tommy bowe-your kidding, wheres will genia? david pocock? henrich brussow? matt giteau? james haskell? jonny wilkinson? morne steyn? sergio parisse? juan martin hernandez? dude come on

Aggression should be linked to how a player is likely to cause a ruckus (implement this like the NHL series! :D) or a fight. Parisse, Berger, and Heaslip should have a rating of 200 in this category.

Also, Frans Steyn should have a drop goal rating of 1 billion.

My list of players over 90 (bear in mind I don't know alot about NH rugby, so please don't crucify me...)

Matt Giteau - 95
Dan Carter - 97
Digby Ioane - 94
Schalk Burger - 95
David Pocock - 94
Rocky Elsom - 95
Richie McCaw - 96
Will Genia - 97
Fourie Du Preez - 97
Bryan Habana - 96
Drew Mitchell - 92
BOD - 92 (I know you'll all have a big rant and a cry, but it's not the 90's any more, he's at least 200 years old.)
I can't finish this list cause I have to go to work....

Daniel Carter 97
Richie Mc Caw 96
Ma'a Nonu 92
Conrad Smith 94
Will Genia 94

Ed Fairhurst is practically the Messiah. He's got it all. Brains, beauty, rugby skills, financial wherewithall etc. The only reason that he doesn't play for a major team is due to the jealousy he causes in the camp. Unavoidable unfortuantely, despite his warm and humble nature.

Completely agree. The world pays nowhere near enough attention to this human Adonis.

Ed Fairhurst once ran naked through the woods. Bigfoot never showed his face again out of shame.

Well if you can make the All Blacks the players gota be 86 rating or higher Ma'a Nonu can't be less then 86 this time round!!!

I think he can. He's pretty one-dimensional. I mean he's an excellent runner and all, but it's not like he doninates every ball-carry (if you stick a 10 or 12 that can tackle i.e. Morne, JDV, Berrick, Giteau - he's pretty stoppable).

Plus, he doesn't always make the right option in the pass. Though he has improved these things lately. Though not markedly to up his rating so high.

I disagree actually.. His distribution was top notch last year, he had a pass first instinct and was doing a great job on the passing side of things. Then people turned around and started saying that he had lost his edge because he wasn't breaking as many tackles, which i thought was harsh as that was a direct result of him working on making his passing game better.

All in all he is still a destructive runner when he decides to gun it, one on one none of those players you mentioned can bring him down cleanly, the likes of Giteau and Steyn just get dragged along with him until he offloads, have you ever seen him stopped dead in his tracks before? Hes not the kind of player you can just say "oh well Barnes marking him we should be fine then". The whole team has to make an effort to keep an eye on him when he plays and that to me is the mark of a top player.

He should be one of the top All Blacks in terms of ratings, lets be honest here he has the 12 spot sewn up at the moment. If you have a total monopoly over an All Blacks jersey you should be rated at least 86 imo.

judging on saturday's performance, if quade cooper keeps up the form he's in he will definately be in with a shout.

Yes thats true the All Blacks selector told him to change his game and he did and everyone starts saying he don't break tackles he run over Morne and those two Ozzie's,but look how Ma'a creates more chances for Carter and Conrad to Attack he puts the opposite side in two minds they hang off Carter thinking Ma'a gona get the ball and he puts Conrad into some nice gaps.He can tackle pretty good now and he stop the ball carrier,Jonah could never tackle like Nonu lol.Passing he's good now.
Only Carter,Mc Caw ,Nonu have their place's nailed down for sure if he (Nonu) not been injured.

For over 90% northern hem players I can think of off hand are:
Jamie Heaslip (probably the worlds best 8)
Stephen Ferris
Martin Castrogiovanni
Jonny Wilkinson (Seriously)
Thierry Dusatoir
Gavin Henson
BOD
Mike Phillips
Euan Murray
Paul o'Connol
Lewis Moody
Haskell and Croft should be about 86-89
Varndell is so quick that on the old one his rating would have been huge if they had done his proper speed

Thats just off hand so thats loads NH players over 90

I agree Ed Fairhurst would be a 99% player, which may drag Canadas national team average up significantly. He should also be in the world 15 (sorry mikey phillips and Fourie Du preez, but it wasnt even close)

I reckon Geordan Murphys at leats an 89 aswell! Amazing under the high ball, amazing kicker, one of the most skillfull players in world rugby, just doesnt have that much pace, other than that he is sensational. Oh yeah and the ireland coaches are blind and prejudice.

Havent you heard? On the morning of the team announcement the entire coaching team were found bound and gagged and Geordan Murphy was standing over them in a Declan Kidney mask?

How is Morgan Parra not making anyones list

At this point in time id take him over any other Scrum Half in the world

parra is am good but genia i think is the best new better gregan genia is
