Don't recall ever seeing someone penalised for pushing their team mate into a tackle.

A crazy decision. A player making a high tackle with no wrap (which would have happened irrespective of Dombrandt's push) was the far more dangerous action of the two and is the one that needs stamping out.

Trying to be officious and clever over technicalities isn't going to help.
