Kickers this six nations?

Does anyone really know the preferred line-up in terms of kickers for each nation?

In terms of Scotland its pretty clear Patterson will take short range and Parks long range, and for England and Ireland presumably Flood and Sexton will kick with Wilkinson and O'Gaara starting in the wings.

(I'd also like to shamelessly plug the TRF 6 Nations Fantasy.. Anyone else feel like joining?)

For Wales, Stephen Jones is the main kicker.
Leigh Halfpenny handles long range kicks when playing, James Hook attempts them when Leigh is out. Lee Byrne was the long range touch kicker, but has missed quite a few times this year. Rhys Priestland can also kick, but it is often weak.
