No, Argentina routenly have the worst anthem performances. Their rendition of South Africa's broug a tear to my eye, for other reasons.

That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing that one who sang England's anthem in Skers custard pool.

To be fair he's saying "Vainipolo", but commentators in general seems to be terrible at name pronunciation.
Pacific Island names should be pretty easy for English speakers to pronounce.
The worst is Dayglo saying "Paresay".

Match should be Tom Gud.

Why do we have birds wearing evening gowns singing the anthems in broad daylight these days................the Argies anthem must be one the longest intros ever....it is about twice the length of the song!!

I think that anthems sounded bad due to the quality of the band................but at least decorum was upheld and not one boo heard as may have been expected when the English anthem came over!

You mean Robinson the past manager of England and Scotland....afraid he has one of those voices best suited to the slilent movies but he is possibly one of the most lucid and knoweldgeable we have had for a while?

England getting into the annoying habit of taking the ball whilst static or moving slowly... Guess we will be scrumming/mauling our way through this game today.

EDIT Absolutely stupid by England. Play based on what's infront of you. Don't try mauling when your opposition VERY clearly isn't going to compete.

Seems to me that Eng making the classic mistake of trying to run before they can walk......they need to get more control before trying to chuck it about. The Argies are putting tremendous effort into this one and good to see they have some decent players coming through......good try!
