Ireland v France

Video should know better, but video is pretty cool too. Either way Kearney is fit, so who are we blaming if we lose? Gaffney or the ref?

I'm gonna blame the French now for having the temerity to come to Croke Park not once but twice and win, they'll have to take their fair share as well.

:D Well if I remember well, two years ago, you had won the match in Croke Park... for approximately three minutes. Then of course we took it back

Bahhh I was there. The contrast in those two minutes from elation to complete deflation so quickly. Was sick to my stomach.

Elgringo, you better make sure you around here on Sunday or Monday to eat your humble pie (or at least assist us in blaming The Ref or Alan Gaffney for the loss) when we thump you by ...... hmmmmm 4 points.

I don't think the French squad will be in the best of humour having been made to sit for over 2 hours on the runway at Dublin Airport.

There is no real point blaming Gaffney because it's generally the best team Ireland can put out onto the park, with the exception of some of the front-row maybe. It will be down to the players on the day, and maybe a few odd decisions from the referee ;)
Where as with the French you could say that it's not the best XV they are putting out on the park. When you look at it like this - the best XV in Ireland playing an averagely good XV from France. It's therefore the Ireland's to lose, and they probably will knowing their luck against the French.

:p Must say I'm being a bit harsh. Maybe I'm trying to enjoy my last day of rugby superiority over the Irish.
I won't be in Croke Park but I'll be in Paris getting drunk in a pub that is always full of Irish people, so I will have my share of jokes if we lose.
Anyway, my girlfriend is Irish so I'll probably be able to get something out of a defeat. B)

Yeah but Gafney is the backs coach and the backs aren't scoring anything for Ireland (or Leinster) so when they don't score...we can blame the backs coach.

Hopefully it's all Whitaker's fault and Tomás will sort it all out, but I have a feeling they'll be playing too flat.

Oh yeah, we wet ourselves over that one hours ago. Thanks to our lovely friend the Radio.

France will win tomorrow that's sure[/b]

Oh yeah, now it most definitely true. I'm heading straight for the bookies. Selling my car and putting the money on France.

Like there's no doubting it now. I don't thinkk I'll even bother watching it. Its a sure thing!

Thanks for the tip.

...And re-open it when Ireland win.
Then laugh at his faulty crystal ball.
Then mock him 'til he cries.

...Then listen to the Munster contingent bemoan the fact Horan didn't get a try on the wing.

ah take it easy on Marcus, he's obviously not right in the head, if the beard is anything to go by, and he does need a break every now and then. :p

Weather going to be crisp and fine? Could be a belter. Horan to score on both wings.

and now Eddie O'Sullivan is jumping on the bandwagon by criticising the French, but just Wood he's talking through his arse. France apparently don't have a recognised goalkicker and they also have the most inexperienced coach in the Six Nations. Well done Eddie, easy seeing now why you were such a rip roaring success with Ireland.

Pitch looks good. Sun is shining and conditions should be perfect so hopefully it will be a good game :)
