really excited abotu the prospect of seeing simpson against Ireland. Really hope he starts and have a feeling he will. He's actually scarily quick. Apparently on a recent speed test in the england camp him foden and armitage were quickest in the squad. My 3 wishes for the Ireland game: 1) Simpson. 2) tindall and tuilagi partnership at 12 and 13 respectively. 3) Stevens and Cole playing together in the front row.

Italy can't be the new Argentina because they haven't got the same amount of quality in there squad that Argentinia had and more importantly they haven't got a Pichot or a Hernandez.

Neither have Argentina this year.

Neither have Argentina this year.

Thats why I don't think Argentina are going to go as far as they did last year. Italy have been beaten by Scotland twice this year and stuffed by England can't see them doing much at the RWC.

Can anyone tell me when both teams are going to be announced?

So far Ireland have announced theirs at Thursday around lunchtime. Dunno about England but each side has released players so the 22's are easy enogh to guess but i unno who was released.

Probably: Declan Kidney will be announcing the Irish team and there's something about his voice and face that makes me laugh

Much more entertaining than Martin Johnsons grunting

Cole's pushed everyone in the world around, fact. Arguably not Healy for both Leicester and England, but when Healy's been shoved through his arsehole by everyone else you've got to question something there.
Good point.

Question this beee hatch :)

A one off of course, but I'll take it.

Sheridan is fit for this match, Youngs isn't - Read on a few places that Tuilagi might play 12, so perhaps we'll see:

1. Sheridan
2. Hartley
3. Stevens
4. Lawes
5. Palmer
6. Croft
7. Haskell
8. Easter
9. Wigglesworth
10. Wilkinson
11. Cueto
12. Tuilagi
13. Tindall (c)
14. Ashton
15. Foden

16. Thompson
17. Corbisiero/Cole/Wilson (could be any of them)
18. Shaw
19. Wood
20. Simpson
21. Flood
22. Armitage

Although I personally think Ireland will win this game, I'm taking the time to say pride comes before a fall...
Man, where do you people come from? It's a friendly. It's a final chance for both teams to try out different combinations and players. There's a lot of pride with Irish fans (all the SOB, BOD Heaslip etc. fanboyism) but the players will be fighting for first team places.
Or maybe they'll be proving themselves to Henry C. - that they're not all about pride...jees

Do you lack all social intelligence? I was making a simple joke about the fact that when one has confidence in their team to win the opposite usually happens. It is an extremely common saying, and it was a joke.

Another f*****g idiot

Wow!!
If you want to continue trading insults, please lets do so in PM's as I don't like behaving like a D.ick h.ead. I won't use *'s to accentuate my ignorance like you. For a joker, you sound pretty touchy to me!!!
Lighten up!

ignorance? bearing in mind you know nothing of me and I know nothing of you except that you don't know the saying 'pride comes before a fall' , you are more likely to be the ignorant one on these boards.

"pride comes before a fall..." I dunno, or really care about the semantics of it. I thought it was an idiom more than a joke, but as I say I really don't care Henry C. If you say it's a joke, I'll certainly take your word for it. I don't normally like trading abuse with people - life's too short.
