IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy available online starting Jun. 18th

Georgia should have been more clinical at the end there

they messed up some opportunities, and should be unhappy and not getting past 50 and getting near 60 considering their dominance for the last 15 minutes

Lasha Lomidze did well from the back of the scrum, he looks likely to figure in the team in 2015, he looked immense even though against Zimbabwe, he's being hyped as the biggest thing to come out of Georgia since Gorgodze so he's got a lot of expectation on him

how an earth did Japan nearly lose to that Zimbabwe side?

they were poor offensively (their passing was dire and choreographed) and although could tackle from set plays they got disorganised as soon as one break was made

Georgia game was far from perfect. We did miss opportunities and shouldn't have conceded a try but I think it was because of the replacements and fatigue in the second half. overall I'm still feeling pretty confident. My prediction is USA vs Georgia the final

The link does not work for now.

I'm watching Japan v Canada right now here:

http://www.ksl.com/?sid=20696287&nid=1155&***le=june-22---georgia-v-zimbabwe-ndash-1200pm&s=1

It tried to give me the first match of the day automatically, Georgia v Zimbabwe but I just had to click Japan's match underneath the stream. Hope it works now!

The Japanese accelerated after a difficult start to the game. They really hurt to Canadians since 5/10 minutes.

38-35 great game to watch. Both teams showed the lack of will to defend. also first half was full of mistakes. there were times where either team looked a lot stronger than the other. sometimes it was Canada on top other times japan. I think it came down to fitness. Canada ran out of steam and their advantage in strength was no good against fast Japanese players. In the end very good game for Georgia.

Ok maybe almost starting to get a little worried about a huge comeback or something in the 2nd half but the US took it to Chile 54-25.

Résultats:

Géorgie 43-07 Zimbabwe

Japon 38-35 Canada

Tonga 62-07 Russie

Etats-Unis 54-25 Chili

I like this competition. If possible and for the development of rugby, they should think of expanding the competition to 12 countries. More countries than the current ones (like Spain, Portugal, Romania, Uruguay, Kenya, Namibia, Belgium) should be able to put together a somewhat competitive U20 team.

I think there should be regular JWC Qualifiers instead of this bs

Way to go team USA, taking it to the Bears, can't wait to see ya try to claim this on Saturday night:

Congratulations Hinato.
Three championships and three finals... it's fantastic. Great future for Japan (RWC2019)
Thank you, but playing in front of American audiences will not be easy. Saturday's final should be open with many trials.

Are there any JWCT highlights on youtube?

Agreed. Another group of matches and they could have the same format as the JWC.

, and now the Chileans are off to a fast start against the Canadians if anyone is interested to watch (they seem to be having a few audio difficulties but it is viewable here):

I don't see why they have such a small crowd for the first two matches of the day. If I were in that town I'd go to them all even if they had a lot of other things to do. Maybe they're waiting for Tonga vs Georgia and USA vs Japan I guess.
