Glitches

When a player carrying the ball touches the corner post, the touch-ingoal
line, the dead ball line, or touches the ground beyond those lines,
the ball becomes dead. If the ball was carried into in-goal by the
attacking team, a drop-out shall be awarded to the defending team. If the
ball was carried into in-goal by the defending team, a 5-metre scrum
shall be awarded and the attacking team throws in the ball.

Here's another one.

I was playing Gunners v. Tigers today, and after 20mins Goode was sent off for a high tackle on Leonelli. In the second half, he was back on! I still inflicted enough damage in the first half to win the match though.

I have never had any red cards, just smattering of yellows.

Is there a discipline meter you can change in the options?

i got penalised right in front of my own posts, and the opposition was about to take the kick and then all of a sudden it cuts to the cut scene of the opposition kicker retreating after the kick. but the kick was never taken, and grant fox is saying some **** about not having the distance, poor kick etc, which is funny cause it was a gift.

i dived into a bilboard on the sidline and my dude slid really fast all teh way to the other end of the field...

so far, ive recived 1 red, and about 3 yellows, and the opposition has recived 2 reds, and about 5 yellows.

i think this is realistic as its going to get, without people saying it never happens. oh and so far, ive only played 1 season and 3 games of world league, so take what you will.

happened to me too, i replayed like 5 times laughing my ass off......also i kicked the ball to chase and it hit the corner post, bounced back in and i scored a try......i'm like wtf!

More than half a dozen times i have been about to put the ball down for a try either deep in goal or sprinting for the corner and a defender has attempted to tackle me, it goes into the animation where the ball carrier shrugs off a weak tackle (like the one where he barely halts your momentem) and then i cant put the ball down. Sometimes the defender tackles you over the try line which is ok but a lot of the time (due to me sprinting for the corner or being deep in goal) my momentum carries me dead. Which is a real pain in the ass!

Has anyone else had this issue? I thought i was imagining it but its happened a fair bit now...

also the defence line hardly ever runs up on WL and they just watch the players run by................WTF! :ranting: :wall:

really ****** at this especiually on the kick defence......i keep changing players so that it looks like my D is goin up but still fail to tackle?

the CPU has mad defence? am i doin sumfin wrong?????


and why do they bunch close up? and when you try and spread it wide they are already spread to the wing :blink:

Mate this has never happened to me just press the button earlier like just before the try line or cut in at an angle after you have crossed it. Should solve the problem

Well it happens to me a lot when i score in the centres or with fowards off a ruck. Often they break a tackle on the line the animation takes them about 5m in goal then another tackle causes the 'cant put the ball down' animation.

Iam also a show pony and almost always get caught trying to place the ball rather than dive

I love to showboat around the try area, taunting tacklers etc.. but i find most annyoing when i chip kick through pick up the ball, only to find out i either get pushed out of the back or i dive out anyway. (Chris paterson) so this means EA need to sort how the distance correlates to which animation is used.

not really a glitch but if you check the stats in world league they are incredibly unrealistic.

IE Dan carter kicked 300+ penalties in a season, and only 30 something conversions.
Check it out, your team seems to be accurate, but anything the computer sims is strange....

Yeah, that's annoying. The goalkickers have 50 goals, 45-odd of them are penalties.

Last night - i could have thrown the game out the window - got the game over crap for being broke the other day in WL, so i started again with the chiefs, played about 8 games solid, won both my knockout cup games, put a sweet squad together, and decided i had finished for the day once i dispatched the gunners. so there we are, second half, 75 mins, 22 points ahead....basically the game was won. The gunners have the ball, i've selected my best tackler and started to charge before the pass is slung out towards the OH so as to smash him...time it perfectly....press dive tackle to take him out................BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!
The game freezes with an uber-annoying buzz and i have to turn it off. All the good work down the tubes!!! i felt like smashing something...

supposedly everyone knows that rokococo would rather drop goals than score try's......and he's bestest drop kicker in the whole widest world............est :huh:
